I would highly recommend Moon Valley plumbing I came home from work this evening and my kitchen was flooded with water and I contacted them and they sent out a young man named Jason who is very kind and professional and he was able to identify the problem in the refrigerator immediately and got the water to stop coming out it was priced reasonably he was he arrived on time and I would highly recommend them.

The real deal! Dan Hubbard answered all our questions, solved all our problems (plumbing-wise), and charged a reasonable amount. He also arrived early. We were scared to call a plumber for just our ""minor"" fixes, but felt burnout when we couldn't fix two shower leaks ourselves. So in conclusion, for us at least, Moon Valley Plumbing and Dan was worth the call.

We were purchasing an older home and before we signed the closing docs we wanted to get our sewer pipe to the street scoped to see if there was anything wrong. We did this before closing so that if there was a problem we could negotiate with the seller. We used Moon Valley Plumbing to do this. This was completed by one of their plumbers and a link for a video was sent to us. The plumber stated that he got the scope to the street but it was clogged and suggested to have it jetted out to clean. I am not a plumber and I saw in the video that something was not right. We went with another plumbing company for a second opinion and they were very confident that the sewer pipe was deteriorated beyond use and that we needed to have it replaced. Unfortunately this was done after we closed and could not negotiate with seller. I contacted the plumber from Moon Valley and he insisted that there was a pipe and that I was mistaken. We had the pipe replaced by the second company and I was there while they did this. They first hand dug a trench and yup, there were only a couple small pieces of pipe left. Very obvious we had no sewer pipe. I contacted the Moon Valley plumber again and again he denied this. I even had the excavator talk with him and the excavator could not believe what he was hearing. I have since contacted Moon Valley Plumber requesting a refund and they are denying basically stating it is not their plumber's responsibility to tell us the integrity of the sewer pipe. Why the heck did we have it scoped then? Duh!
Do you really want to pay a company who takes that kind of attitude with their customers? NEVER USE MOON VALLEY PLUMBING! At least not with something as important as this. If I could give negative stars I would.
EDIT: I feel the need to reply to Moon Valley's comment. Again, I called Moon Valley Plumbing to get my sewer pipe inspected. Not to see if there was a clog. We were not told that we needed the pipe replaced. Which is why we are requesting a refund. Stand up to your so called ""Quality Service"" and accept the fact we did not get what we requested. And as a side note, your quote on jetting the pipe is no where near being the least expensive option. If we did get it jetted from you the ground probably would have collapsed and we would not be able to use our water. I'm sure you would just state that we got what we paid for.

After a horrible time trying to locate a leak, Moon Valley Plumbing sent an incredible tech (Anthony) out to replace a major drain in my townhouse. Not only did he keep me informed on the damage, replace the piece in a timely manner, clean up after himself, but he was so kind. This is a fantastic company and I HIGHLY recommend using them. They are very well priced and honest. They will definitely be my ""go-to"" plumbing company from this point forward.

I had an emergency toilet leak and Anthony came out. I did not know how extensive it was until we removed the toilet. The seal not only was not sealed properly but the flange was rusted. Anthony did a perfect job. This company is so reliable and the prices are reasonable. I love this company.

2nd time we've used Moon Valley for Plumbing issues, the first was washer line valve replacements and yesterday was for water heater issues. Two different plumbers and both were excellent. Communication, work performed and clean up were great.
I plan on calling them again when I need any plumbing service.

Reached out to this company because of the good reviews. I tried to inquire how much it would cost to install a kitchen sink. They could not tell me over the phone. Nor could they schedule me at that time because their system was down. Their system being down happens. What is concerning is they want to charge me $39 to come out, when they are able, to tell me how much they are going to charge me. I understand as a business owner you give can give a lot of quotes and not get the business. But If your prices are fair to begin with, you will earn a customers business. Charging a unfair price to give a price is not the answer or a good business practice.

ETA: I DID end up needing a plumber again (womp womp). Called Moon Valley of course and let me just say, Dan's the man. Can't think of a way the experience could've been better. Maybe if he brought me a Starbucks drink? Doesn't seem reasonable though Satisfied every single time, with price and every aspect of service delivered.

If you want to be greatly overcharged and be treated rudely, this is the place to go.
I needed a pinhole leak in a pex pipe fixed at my rental. I told them when I made the appointment that I wanted to be there and they would need to wait for until 1 for me to get there from Tucson and they said that was no problem. It turns out, they showed up at 11 (tenant let them in) and by the time I was contacted, they had already looked it over. I didn't have time to call around to check prices as I was still driving so I trusted that they were charging a reasonable price. Then, when completed, the plumber asked me to pay $300 over the phone and since I was driving I wanted to take care of it later and asked to look over the invoice to see the breakdown of what had been done and charged for. He pushed on until I paid it (before getting to verify the work). I later got quotes from a few others which were $75-$100 for the same job by a licensed plumber. That means they charged me 3-4 times more. I politely called up to address this with them and all I got from the manager was her talking over me and being condescending. She would not even look at the quotes. (because she treated me like I was lying) I even tried to work with her on a reasonable price and she was very short with me and not professional in my opinion. I'm not sure if this is how they treat everyone or just young women. I would hope Moon Valley respects teachers more than this.
