$270 to replace spout in bathtub due to leak , two weeks later it's leaking like it was before I called. Called today and got the ""I don't care attitude"". when they were out the first time , I asked for a quote on second bath, even with a follow up call, never got the quote. Never again. Customer service does not exist.

ZERO Stars. Called Moon Valley Plumbing for an emergency. Said they would be on property to fix a leak at 11am. Didn't show up until 5pm, did not bring appropriate tools to fix and then just left. Never called to inform us of delay. Now another day without water. Will never call this company again.

We called Moon Valley Plumbing to have our sewer line camera inspected and installed a pressure reducing valve and were extremely pleased with the service call. The technician Kenny arrived promptly and walked us through the entire camera inspection while answering all of our questions. He also marked off where the sewer line was in our front yard and how it connected to the city line (and the city water inspector was impressed that they marked off the sewer line). He then used the camera to inspect our line back under our home while recording and narrating a video for us.

The 2nd task was to install a pressure reducing valve, and he quickly did the installation and showed us what he set the PRV to.

We had a sewer blockage that my son and I tried to fix and failed in doing so. Moon Valley was recommended to us and they too had to work harder than expected to find the blockage. It was at the juncture with the city sewer line 115 feet from the cleanout and was caused by tree roots. The fix required additional equipment and another plumber. Both men were at all times efficient, courteous, and responsible toward our structure and plantings. We will use Moon Valley again when needed.

They
charged me $220 to cut a hole in my wall and show me the leak.
Then never provided quote or added me to schedule for repair.
They no intention of completing the job.

My wife and I returned from five days and four nights in the high country north of The Peaks. When we got the truck unloaded and wanted a shower to get back to normal living, we discovered that our 10-year, 8-month-old water heater was not heating water any more. Made a Tuesday call around Noon, learned they were booked for the day, but I could have a plumber at my house by 9 AM, Wednesday. We took that appointment and before Noon that same day we were diagnosed, provided options, and had a new appliance installed and ready to provide hot water to two tired vacationers. Nothing beats a hot shower when one is needed. Love the prompt service and the professional technician was a friendly guy. Nice to see young people in the trades who love what they do.

Horrible company deserves 0 star rating. Avoid at all costs. They improperly installed a toilet on my 2nd story which had resulted in major sewage damage to my home. As sewage was coming through my ceiling, I googled them and saw they were closed. Called another plumber out who corrected the issue. I requested MVP reimburse me less than $300 for the cost of the other plumber. They have denied my request saying I should have gone into their website to find their emergency phone number. Meanwhile, a restoration company is working on making my home livable again resulting in thousands of dollars of work due to their shoddy work.

This is a company that really takes care of you. Had an issue with a faucet and George came immediately and fixed the problem. We then had a leak under the sink, and George came again promptly. Moon Valley Plumbing is not only reliable and fair priced, but is totally professional. I would highly recommend Moon Valley Plumbing.
