I had them come out to deal with two issues at my property. The first was a sticky float in the toilet and the second was a malfunctioning sump pump. The gentleman was friendly and professional but I find their pricing rather expensive. The charge for the float repair was $180 which seemed excessive and the estimate to replace the sump pump was over $800. I contacted an another plumbing company to repair the sump pump and it was done for half that. The most concerning part about the sump pump was that first plumber didn't realize that the backflow preventer was bad and that's why the original sump pump failed in the first place.

First of all, shout out to ""John R."" that left Moon Valley Plumbing a 1 star review, and complained about a 39.00 estimate fee and not receiving a bid over the phone.. Congratulations, you're a moron.. If small repair company owners don't charge estimate fees to offset the expenses incurred from driving around for free all day, they can go out of business, fast.. you want a warranty from a company that can't charge enough to stay in business and they're gone in a year when you need them?! No truly great highly reputable professional gives a phone bid.. for ten different reasons.. mainly the professional has no idea what they're bidding on and every situation is different, plus competitors call all the time pretending to be customers so they can obtain your pricing.. I'm sorry Moon Valley for that knuckle-headed ignorant fool marring your reputation when you never even worked for him.. one day hopefully Yelp will come to their senses and fix that problem.

Now that I'm done ranting and empathizing with Moon Valley.... Kenny came to my home today to replace a wax ring.. he knocked it out of the park, *and* instead of just fixing the *effect* he fixed the cause as well.. he had to double stack some wax rings which wasn't done in the first place.. they replaced my supply line, did a clean caulk job, fixed a pop up stopper, *and* they checked my water pressure for me, which was super high! As a previous plumbing repair company owner, I was extremely please with Kenny and Moon Valley, and I'm sure I'll use them again. They came out in less than 24 hours for my non-emergency call. I'm pleased with every aspect of the job, thanks Moon Valley Plumbing and Kenny Leather!!

You can't do any better then JR and Cole. JR came out to my house found the problem with camera Jetted it out ran camera through again found the problem replaced sewer pipe and got me back in service and also showed me how to avoid future problems JR and Cole are the best. Moon Valley Plumbing Has a customer for life

Had a plumbing emergency (water pressure dropped / faucets stopped working one by one). Called them up to see if they could send someone to look into the problem. After getting greeted on the phone and being asked about my issue I began to describe what was going on.

However, it soon became obvious the phone had been put down and the person who answered it was chatting about purchasing a house with someone either in their office or on another phone.

After a few attempts to get the attention of someone on the other end of the line I hung up. Obviously, they do not take plumbing emergencies very seriously at Moon Valley Plumbing.

All around a great experience. Travis ""Jr"" was great. He went above and beyond to make sure our issues were resolved and did so in a professional manner. They were also able to schedule service same day.

After my main line and sewer line broke off, I had the pleasure of working with Kenny. Kenny was polite, personable and empathetic to a very stressful situation such as a broken sewer main line. He kept me informed and updated on the progress. They had to dig through my front yard landscape to get to the lines; they put the landscape back together (even better than what it was before). The owner cane to check on the quality of the job, so that was very impressive. Overall, we are extremely impressed and happy with the results. I recommend this company for your future plumbing needs.

We started using Moon Valley in 2015 when Anthony V came to our house to give us an estimate to install a water softener system and an instant gas water heater.

Anthony V arrived on time and answered all our questions regarding what all this work would require. His bid was reasonable and Anthony was much more knowledgeable than other companies we had out for estimates. Plus, he did a fabulous job explaining the work to us.

We hired him and have used him for all our plumbing needs every since! He is very professional and gets the job done while keeping the site as clean as possible. And he stands behind his work. I highly recommend Anthony V and Moon Valley Plumbing. Pam in the office is great to work with and follows up on the service to ensure they have happy customers. And we are VERY HAPPY with Anthony V and Moon Valley Plumbing!

Our monthly water bill was sky rocket last month. It turned out that we had a big leak after the city's technician confirmed that there was nothing wrong with our water meter and that their reading was correct. We called Precision Locating since we couldn't see any visible sign of leaks outside our home. Doug Bacon came out utilizing his sophisticated leak detection gadgets to pin point the approximate leak area. He then highly recommended Moon Valley Plumbing and Rooter to do our repair. We called and they came out the next morning.

Cole from Moon Valley Plumbing and Rooter is awesome. He started digging and couldn't find the leak in the highlighted area although he did dig a several feet under the driveway slab. He was determined and didn't give up and reached out to Doug at Precision Locating. Doug came back to our home and both Cole and Doug worked closely to identify the precise location of the leak. Cole went out of his way to find and fix our leak and although the job took longer than expected due to its complexity, Cole still honored the price that he originally quoted us. Also, he cleaned up his work area when he was done. Thanks Cole for being so professional and patience...your dedication and determination fixed our pain in the rear problem :-).

FYI...we did contact other companies for leak detection and repair. Let's just say there are many companies out there that are slow at responding and they charge an arm and a leg especially if you live in a nice area. I can't list the names of those unethical companies since Yelp will likely take down my posting if those companies were to complain...hahaha. Do your homework but I do highly recommend Moon Valley Plumbing and Rooter (Cole...don't know his last name but currently there is only 1 Cole :-) for any leak repairs and Precision Locating (Doug Bacon) for any type of leak detections. What was amazing is that Cole and Doug (2 individuals from 2 different companies) collaborated closely to troubleshoot and fix the major leak. Great teamwork and kudos to Cole and Doug. Both companies do hire people with good work ethics and pricing is very reasonable and not cut throat like many other companies that we came across.

I am so impressed with this company! Face it slab leaks suck and they are costly. This company made the painful process easier and best of all George gave me piece of mind. When he came out for the estimate, he told me up front that he would have open up my wall to see the manifold, before he could give me a true estimate. I chose to reroute piping through the attic, and he had to be sure that was a realistic and possible solution. He gave me the pros and cons of different solutions. His bid came in lower than the other two that I got from reputable companies. He arrived on time. Did a great job, was careful with my things and put my drywall back the best he could. The cost was exactly what he told me it would be. I recommend this company and I suggest you ask for George.
