aI have never heard from a more obnoxious office manager, Morgan Haas. I called in March 2025 to get service. I had dealt with the company 4 yrs prior when they cleared a drain- April 2021. This lady accused me of calling her llast year and being rude to her. I tried explaining to her that she was confusing me with someone else as I last called her in April 2021. She wouldn't listen, at all. She slammed the phone down on me and yelled so far. Wow! it was cray how that lady behaved. I get if she remembers someone being rude last but it wasn't me as I only spoke with her 4 yrs prior. Crazy lady.

Had them re-plumb my entire home. From their initial response to the job completion, they were great. I've used them ever since, and had zero complaints.

Had a fine young man show up to install new plumbing in our remodeled kitchen. He done a awesome job, we were so pleased with his meticulous attention to detail when he installed our dishwasher. I would highly recommend Moon Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. When he left he showed me everything he had done. Water to the frig tested and made sure it was making ice. Dishwasher he ran thru a cycle and everything works great. Garbage disposal air switch installed and demonstrated the operation of it turning on and off of disposal. I'm the end I found out he was the owners son. I would be proud to have an employee that preformed and done his best job for their customers. Oh second time using Moon Plumbing and that was 8 years ago.

Not sure what Rickie's problem with them was, but then again, I'm not sure what Rickie's problem with English is. Moon Plumbing did a fantastic job for us. I would definitely recommend them.

These guys are fantastic. We used them for two renovations and also a complete re plumb of a home. They are fair in their pricing, professional and courteous and a pleasure to work with. Can't say enough good things about them!!
