I have used Moomau three times in the last year and a half. Each time they provided excellent service and were always on time. Billy is an excellent plumber and provides service above and beyond that is required. He also gives great advice about the problem and how to avoid it in the future.
I had them install a toilet and when they unpacked the toilet there was a hairline crack in the tank. They went back to the supplier and returned with a new toilet. They did not charge me for the second trip because Billy said he should have seen it when he inspected the toilet.

Great Plumbers, wonderful people, knowledgeable at working on an old house and pipes. Rob, Billy and Jose first came Christmas eve and fixed really bad leaky faucets. I'm remiss for not thanking and posting sooner.

Last week, Diego, Daniel, and Jose snaked main water lines and now they flow free. It was a dirty nasty job. The grease and grime in the pipes were unbelievable. I believe they used approximately 75 feet of ""snake"" to reach the clog.

We are grateful to have met Rob and his crew. They are honest experts plumbers. We would absolutely would use them again. God bless them and our World

As with some other reviewers, I was disappointed with Moomau both professionally and w/workmanship. I read through all of the great ratings and was happy to find and support a very local business. I had a leak from an upstairs bathroom that filtered through to the bottom bath. It took them about a week to find from where the leak originated; they'd come back almost each day in between other projects. In fact, Robert brought Billy with him on a few of those occasions. So as it turns out, I was paying for two people to find the leak for this period of time. I made the mistake of telling them that my insurance would be paying for it and they took advantage of my trust. The total cost was over four figures for labor plus an $18 part. And guess what? The pipe continued to leak. Because this accelerated my plans to remodel, out of curiosity I asked Moomau to come back to quote on replacing the still leaking pipe into a 2 inch pipe. When I told Robert the pipe was still leaking, he didn't say one word, literally. He didn't say 'you should have called us back' or 'oh no that's not good'. Not only that, he stepped-up onto the top of my toilet to look at the pipe area without taking off his shoes. I can't believe any of this was unintended. I paid another local plumber for the remodel of two bathrooms and found another local plumber that I recommended to a neighbor (and that they used and were happy with). Bottom line is that Moomau lost my trust and additional business not only from me but my immediate neighbors.

This company did a great job with the plumbing job: Extended plumbing line under the house to move the washer over about 8 feet in the garage and also pulled the water line under the house from the kitchen sink to the back of the new refrigerator I bought.

We have used this company in the past and I feel like they are very reliable and do good work. Robert told me that if anything were to go wrong with his plumbing install, he would come back and fix it immediately, although he and I are not expecting any problems with this.

Robert also showed me how to repair a few simple things on my own so I don't have to call a plumber out to fix something I could probably do myself.(I had requested this from him and he was more than happy to educate me).

My only one small complaint is that Robert took a while to get back to me with an estimate and I had to remind his billing secretary about that. She got after him they squeezed my job in quickly. I am not too irritated about the delay because with the pandemic, all of these companies are absolutely swamped right now with everyone being home and wanting work done.

I would still recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work.

Remodeling without a contractor, so I am managing all the vendors. Moomau has been by far the best to work with. A few high points which distinguishes them from others:
1. People here every day, on time, until job finished
2. Very competitive pricing (almost felt like he was giving me the family discount or something!)
3. Quality work, done right
4. Robert is a great guy to work with. We actually spent a lot of time talking together and he helped provide some great experience-backed information on the local schools

I have now worked with them on a second project, and as long as they are around, I will not be using any other plumbing vendors ever again.

I can't say enough about Robert Moomau so I won't try. The other 5 star reviews described him and his work exactly correct. He knows his business and does it in a timely manner. He is the best plumber I have ever had in the 43-1/2 years I have owned my house. He is truly a professional in every way.
