I have a leak in the slab of my concrete. I called for a quote and they are telling me it's required to get a leak search ( just had one done yesterday by another company) in order to find the beginning and end of the leak. The entire cold water line needs to be replaced and a leak search is just another way to tack on some charges. Was referred to them.. will not use them.

BEWARE! Bend over! They are supremely & extremely over priced. Their prices are 2-3 times more than anyone else. Total rip off. Do your wallet a favor and call anyone else but them.

I have called Moody plumbing on two occasions and been very happy with my service both time. The first time I called them out bc I had no idea why my water bill was $400+ a month. They worked with the leak detection company to find the leak and fix it. It was a costly job but they had to rip up concrete and crawl under my house to correct the problem. On the second occasion the technician that came to my house was so polite and professional. He fixed my problem quickly and efficiently. I recommend Moody to anyone who needs a plumber. Also I live in Ft. Lauderdale and they travel to my house.

I called about a leaky spa the woman said it would be $75.00 to come out and diagnose the issue, I told her I would check with my husband to see if that would be ok. I called back 5 minutes later (had another woman answer the phone) after describing the issue (again) she said it would cost $155.00 to come out and diagnose the problem. So, same issue 2 different operators, 2 different prices- just to come to my house and look at what needed to be fixed?! No thank-you, I called 4star plumbing that had someone over the next day and didn't even charge me because it was such an easily fixable (user error) type of problem.

These guys came out super quick. Put in a message at 4am and by 10am they were here. 2 nice techs came and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. They discovered 2 other problems and fixed them as well. Will definitely work with this company again.

The techs that answered the call were thorough and professional. Keeping us informed of any changes was a plus. They were patient and professional. Didn't need to ask them to clean up, it appears to be the norm.

Robbers...started at one price, dropped it 3x. Very shady. Were at my home for all of 5 minutes and charged $85 service fee. Hillman plumbing came out and did the work for half the cost! Don't ever use Moody! From your own comment since the work was completed in less than an hour it does appear your price was out of line.
