We are awarding 1 star because at the end of the day the plumber did his job, but we are highly unsatisfied customers. The problem was the TERRIBLE customer service. I called and asked to have a plumber come to one of our units, they scheduled it for the next day at 9 A.M and the plumber did not show up until 12:45 P.M. They argued that they didn't have a P.O number (they never asked us for one) so despite of having our office number, email and credit card information they never finished scheduling the service call. After very angrily explaining the emergency they finally sent someone out 3 hours after our original scheduled service call and the job took 4 hours to complete. The plumber left at around 4:15 P.M so basically we wasted a full business day waiting for the plumber, for him to determine where the leak in the shower was and fix it. The price for the service was $770. They said it was $180 for 1 hour leak search and $585 for a shower valve replacement. I asked them to give me a breakdown of those $585 and they were unable to do so. They took one week to tell me the final price of the repair because their pricing manager was on vacation and apparently he's the only one who dictates prices. After giving me the amount over the phone they took another 3 days to email me the bill because their computer system crashed and it took 3 days to repair. Their employees are extremely rude, I don't think they understand that people are trying to give them money and make their business grow by hiring them. They should be nice and polite because there are a million other plumbing companies out there and their lack professionalism is definitely not helping them to stand out. The only reason why we did not cancel the service call is because it was an emergency and we did not have the time to hire someone else and wait another day for the repair. We sure hope the owner looks at these reviews and changes the way he is conducting his business and we sure hope better training is provided to all of Moody Plumbing's employees.

These people are great! I am a contractor in the Coral Springs/Parkland area, I had an issue on a project and called them for help. Jill was great on the phone and they were quick to respond about 2 hours, 3 hours later the problem was averted thanks to the 2 knowledgeable techs they sent out. Amazing, honest, skilled, hard-working, intelligent plumbers. I had had an existing plumbing problem for over 40 years, which I was told by Docs would cost over $10,000 to fix. Moody's quoted a fraction of the cost, showed up on time, actually fixed the problem, and now I have my bathrooms back! It feels like I've moved into a new house. Don't fall for the """"cracked pipes under the house"""" scam! In my house, these pipes did not exist! I'm so grateful for Moody Plumbing, words can't even express it!

Excellent, they replaced my 10 old water heater and installed new handles for the water heater. Very satisfied with the work and professionalism... I wrote t them asking for an appointment and quotation and got back to me within 1 working day and explained to me the pre-arrangements as I live in a 55 older building You will never be disappointed with Moody

Bait and switch! I called and requested they """"scan my lawn"""" for leak in pipe from meter to house. 2 guys showed up and suggested I replace the valve first for $380, I said no I wanted the scan which was quoted as $180. After much back and forth they finally said they don't have the equipment for the scan and asked for $85. I said no because I asked for """"scan the lawn"""". They said that they didn't know that """"scan"""" was the same as """"leak detection"""" and should get $85 for coming out. Then they put me on the phone with the office and again with the back and forth and finally he said I didn't owe the $85.

I would be cautious using this company. They are crooks. I had a small leak coming from a bad seal on a tub. It was after normal business hours and I called and I was told that it would be $185 an hour (1 hour minimum) compared to $155 an hour during normal business hours. I understood this price increase and accepted it since I didn't want the leak to continue dripping from my upstairs bathtub to my downstairs wood floor all night. It was a very simple fix on the gasket of the overflow, a piece that can cost $5-$10. The whole process took 30 min from knock on my door to handing me my invoice. The charges were not detailed and the invoice simply stated the total at $285. I was curious how the repair man arrived at this price and he said he got it from his boss. I asked to speak to his boss, so the repair man called his boss and told him the I wanted to know how they got $285. He said a few words to him and then hung up without giving me a chance to talk to him. He informed me that they could go down to $265. Then he tried to feed me some BS how the $185 was just the initial charge and the removal and install was an additional $100. Don't quote me an hourly rate on the phone of $185/hr and change it to """"initial charge"""" later. I will never use this company again. """"Don't get mad, Get Moody"""" That is their slogan, HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. I didn't get mad, I got ----ing pissed off.

Excellent service, our water heater stopped working, I called and they had someone right out with the hour and that was on a Saturday. Tech came and with in 45 minutes had everything working. Tech was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I would only use Moody for my plumbing issues. Thanks again!

Be cautious of this company. They will quote you on a price and after you decline to do repairs with them they will give you a completely different price for doing a leak search. They will also add additional 30+ minutes to the bill even though the job was done long before then. I called around as well and 5 companies charge much less for a leak search and repairs. For the repairs they quoted me on, Over $700. I had another plumber come out and fix it for $150. do your research and call around before deciding with a company like this.

When I called to make an appointment they were very pleasant and got me scheduled right away. The guys came out, found the problem and didn't leave a mess. Friendly and professional. I didn't have any issues. I would use them again.

Called Moody Plumbing based on their good reviews , had an issue where water was leaking from the apartment upstairs into my bathroom . So after charging me a 85 fee to come out and then charging my neighbor close to 375 bucks the issue still isn't fixed. Called to explain the issue as apparently they did not fix my issue and was told 1)the residual water will go away in a few days 2) we will have to charge you another service call to come out . You should get satisfaction and a company should stand behind their work .. I have never left a bad review on yelp, this is my first .
