I have dealt with alot of Plumbing Services over the years and I have to admit that Moody Plumbing is definitely a cut above the rest. The people in the office were very nice and understood the plumbing issue as I explained it. The techs arrived in a timely manner and were very nice. They were able to fix the problem easier than I expected. After the repair the tech cleaned the area and encouraged me to call if I had any questions or problems. To sum it up Moody Plumbing gave me small town quality and service.

Amazing, honest, skilled, hard-working, intelligent plumbers. I had had an existing plumbing problem for over 40 years, which I was told by Docs would cost over $10,000 to fix. Moody's quoted a fraction of the cost, showed up on time, actually fixed the problem, and now I have my bathrooms back! It feels like I've moved into a new house. Don't fall for the """"cracked pipes under the house"""" scam! In my house, these pipes did not exist! I'm so grateful for Moody Plumbing, words can't even express it!

After her last plumber dropped the ball and tried to charge us hundreds of more dollars, I found this company. Randy who is very precise about the whole process for what we needed, quick with getting the insurance ready for our community & they showed up on time doing what they were supposed to do. I'm 100% happy with this company and how Randy handled everything as far as professionalism and customer service! I will definitely use them again and I recommend them for future plumbing issues!

These people are great! I am a contractor in the Coral Springs/Parkland area, I had an issue on a project and called them for help. Jill was great on the phone and they were quick to respond about 2 hours, 3 hours later the problem was averted thanks to the 2 knowledgeable techs they sent out. Worse than the crap that they pulled out of my pipes!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!! They came to fix a toilet for us and a week later it was clogged again!! They said this was a different problem and charged me again??? Then when I told them I'm not paying they sent me to collections. What kind of money grubbing scumbags are they!! If you want a fix and don't want to get over charge use a repeatable company!! MOODY you put us in a bad Mood! Moody is crap!

These guys came out super quick. Put in a message at 4am and by 10am they were here. 2 nice techs came and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. They discovered 2 other problems and fixed them as well. Will definitely work with this company again.

I would be cautious using this company. They are crooks. I had a small leak coming from a bad seal on a tub. It was after normal business hours and I called and I was told that it would be $185 an hour (1 hour minimum) compared to $155 an hour during normal business hours. I understood this price increase and accepted it since I didn't want the leak to continue dripping from my upstairs bathtub to my downstairs wood floor all night. It was a very simple fix on the gasket of the overflow, a piece that can cost $5-$10. The whole process took 30 min from knock on my door to handing me my invoice. The charges were not detailed and the invoice simply stated the total at $285. I was curious how the repair man arrived at this price and he said he got it from his boss. I asked to speak to his boss, so the repair man called his boss and told him the I wanted to know how they got $285. He said a few words to him and then hung up without giving me a chance to talk to him. He informed me that they could go down to $265. Then he tried to feed me some BS how the $185 was just the initial charge and the removal and install was an additional $100. Don't quote me an hourly rate on the phone of $185/hr and change it to """"initial charge"""" later. I will never use this company again. """"Don't get mad, Get Moody"""" That is their slogan, HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. I didn't get mad, I got ----ing pissed off.

These folks are nuts. Took me 30 minutes to explain to the women on the phone what I wanted. Then when the guy comes he did to do what I wanted and charged a huge amount of money. $225 for a faucet valve replacement and $85 to come see it. They didn't put in a pressure regulator I asked for because it was too expensive. Stay away form these crazies

I hired Moody plumbing to do a smoke test at my house to determine if we had a leak. They came out and after two hours still could not find the leak because they never turned the AC off and my WHOLE house filled with smoke!! They then told me they could cut holes in my walls to investigate...??? $600+ later no answers and a house filled with smoke! DO NOT TRUST these people- I feel like I was completely taken advantage of!
