We noticed the downstairs commode was not flushing and there was water in the bathtub adjacent to it. Plunging the commode was to no avail. So I called Monument Plumbing and spoke with Andy who said he would be here within 30 minutes and within 30 minutes he was here. I might add that it was it Sunday afternoon and just before the Super Bowl. He discovered the problem was with the septic tank and resolved the problem. His charge was more than reasonable. I highly recommend this gentleman.

I used them last year which was great, but that was then. I had an appointment last week that was canceled by Andy one hour before arrival and he couldn't re-book for a week because of a job that was forgotten, then he never attempted to rebook. Unreliable and unprofessional. I am disappointed.

There was leaking in our guests bedroom floor. We called the company and Andy came in less than 1 hour. He can found the source of the water that leaked and fixed it. He also fixed the sink and the toilet. Fast response, on time, same day fixing, straight forward pricing, professional company and will use the company again in the future.
