Since going Solar I wanted to find more ways to slash my monthly bills while embracing cutting edge technology. That is with a Condensing Tankless Water Heater.

I had a feeling I would be able to source a tank myself and hire someone local to install it, someone with a great reputation.

I called around to some of the bigger installers and their prices were way out of line, or they wouldn't quote me for pure labor, only trying to sell me a tank as well.

I ended up calling Monty's plumbing and got a call back from KC. He wanted to check out my house first to get a look at what would need to be done and give me an accurate quote.

It was with his advice that I decide on an outdoor vs an indoor unit as well.

His quote was half or better of other quotes I received. KC, Dave, and their other partner, Mac-Daddy, came and got the install done in less than 3 hours and the pipe-work for both water and gas is quite exquisite.

I will be calling them back for any other normal plumbing needs as well.

We replaced just about all of our sewer pipe, installed new sinks, washer and dryer, tankless water heater, garbage disposal, and a dishwasher. Access under the house was very difficult but KC got creative and got the job done at a reasonable price.

I have had nothing but bad plumbers for years and I finally looked at yelp and called KC at Monty's Plumbing. He diagnosed my problem correctly over the phone, came out and looked at it and told me I needed a new part. Helped me order it over the phone and then told me he wouldn't charge me for this visit. He came back as soon as the part came in and installed it perfectly but the amazing thing is that he cleaned up and put all the supplies back underneath my sink after he finished the job!!! His charges were fair and he works quickly and honestly. He gets back to you quickly when you call to make an appointment. You will not be disappointed if you call Monty's for your next plumbing job. I am sold!!!

Monty's KC came out today and within the hour took out our broken faucet, replaced it with the new one I had previously purchased, cleaned up under the sink.

Pricing was very reasonable. And they even came back after I remembered and told him our toilet hasn't been flushing right recently. He tried his best to fix the flushing problem and recommended we replace. He spent maybe 10-15 minutes extra to try and fix the toilet.

Very nice and easy to work with. Very happy with the work. Very honest. Just awesome!

As a first time home buyer imagine my horror when I woke up to a shower that wasn't draining and a toilet that was flooding from the base three months after we moved in. Called our home warranty company and they send out a guy who claims that what we need to do cannot be done within our coverage (and if you yelp this company you will see terrible reviews for this fact). I turn to Yelp, call a few plumbers and immediately got the feeling that KC knew what he was talking about and could be trusted. I also really appreciated that when you call Monty's you talk to KC who can talk about your problem over the phone, with a lot of these larger companies you are left to talk to a receptionist and not an actual plumber which means you can't really get a good estimate for a larger issue.

KC was able to show up the next morning and he was able to unclog our main drain from the clean out the other plumber said wasn't going to be a good option and he was really good at meeting his approximate estimate. My husband really liked him too. Unfortunately for us, this is probably the first of many plumbing issues we will have while we own this home and I am so glad that we found a plumber that I wouldn't hesitate to call at the first sign of another issue.

Casey is great. We had a problem with our new water heater and he made the time to come over a couple hours after I called him. WOW, same day service. He is very professional and extremely nice. I would highly recomment him!!
