Jared G.This company was hired to do very basic repairs. When they came into the house they shut off the water without verifying with anyone. They were asked to turn on the water by the woman that lives in the house so she could use the bathroom. Worker replied with a disgusting ""really."" After the toilet was flushed water was turned off without time to wash hands. When asked to turn it back on the reply was ""oh my gosh."" She told him when she was done and he a smart comment of ""are you sure?"" Called his boss ""Ted"" and he just said he was unimpressed by the lady and didn't want to hear anything and hung up on me. I know this is small town Iowa, but what a disrespectful company and probably should think of some ethics if they want to stay in business. Sadly I still had to give them one star to leave a review.
