My husband and I purchased a home in Lecanto. We were moving from MS to FL. We drove the first Uhaul and headed back to MS for a second haul. Shortly after unloading the second truck, a week or so, I was called out of town for a month and my husband headed to MS to prepare that house and get it on the market. I returned to our FL home on a Saturday and walked into standing water. We had a water pipe in the foundation break in our master bathroom. ‍ There was mold on the walls, boxes and many of our belongings were a total loss. My heart still aches from this. I did not know what to do, I felt helpless. My husband was away, I knew nobody and didn't know where to turn. I had called a couple of plumbers, left messages and one told me they would call me back shortly and never did. I was in tears and obviously could not sleep there. I went to a hotel for the night and the next day drove back to the house. I started my search for plumbers once again. I did not think anyone wanted to help. I was so blessed to find Tyler Montgomery. I called him and left a message and immediately sent a text because I could tell it was a cel phone that I had recorded my voicemail on. Within a few minutes of my text, Tyler returned my call and arrived at my home within 40 minutes. I did not even know where the water shut off valve was. Tyler was so kind and you could tell he knew what he was doing. He has been nothing but kind, professional and an angel for me. He immediately took care of my house. I did not want to ever worry about going through this again! He gave me a couple of different options for the repair and we went forward with Tyler and his team to repipe the house going up the walls vs under the foundation. It was a big job. This was not going to be covered by the insurance company and I was fine with this, I just do not want the worries of the possibility of this happening again. Tyler gave us a quote and we chose to move forward with this. We have contractors in and out working on the house. We are on the final stretch and Tyler will come back for the last finishing touches. If you are in need of a plumber or know someone who is.....run!!! Not away but towards him!! I can not exaggerate enough how wonderful he has been! Thank you, thank you and thank you! May I say, we are so impressed with Tyler Montgomery. We noticed a leak in our ceiling yesterday Saturday) at 11:45 a.m. Being from CT we did not know who to call. I searched the web and found this young man.He came out Saturday afternoon after working all day and assessed the problem. Shut our water supply off so it would no longer leak and said he would return the next morning to fix the leak. And he did! Personable, efficient and reasonable! And on a weekend! I f you need a reliable plumber, he is the man! We are beyond satisfied and now have found our new plumber!

Got into a DIY jam when I pulled up the toilet to see why one of the hold down bolts would spin and not tighten down. This all started when the wife wanted caps on the bolts, but they were too long. What I found was the toilet flange was broken and in need of replacement, which was beyond my DIY knowledge. So I called Tyler and he came right over within a couple of hours, replaced it and reset the toilet too! Excellent business and great work! 5 star service!

I thought I had a broken waste line under my slab (tiles had """"tented"""" in my kitchen). I called Montgomery Plumbing to evaluate and possibly use a camera to check for a broken waste line. Tyler Montgomery responded quickly to evaluate my situation and informed me that my floor had """"tented"""" due to heavy rains and cold temperatures creating stress on my slab and floor tiles. Another words, I did not have a plumbing problem. This is an honest plumber who will be my go to contractor for any plumbing issues that I have in the future. He saved me from what would have been a costly and unneeded service. 10 stars for this business.
