Originally I called in and Montgomery sent over there helper to fix the coupling for the water heater and it was fixed according to them, a year later had to call gas company because it was failing and they said it was fixed wrong and they just jammed in the line. I called mark personally and right away he said he don't touch them, he said call homedepot and just failed to stand by his guarantee. Telling me I'm on my own, they don't and won't fix it. But he did say he will put in a new one in...as if I would let someone work on or in my home after their giving me the back. Careful with business that don't stand behind there work. Don't spend a dollar with people that don't value customers.

My main water line broke. Montgomery plumbing said they would be here at 9 they were right on time fixed my line. Put everything back together so well you could even tell they were here. Friendly, Fast reasonable! When they finished they checked and rechecked everything to make sure there was no leaks!! Highly recommend them!!! Father and son team great people!!!

Told me that I could only use cash or check to pay for the job unless it was more than $100.So rather than pay $100 for a $76 dollar fee, I asked for a ride to the ATM (I'm not able to drive due to epilepsy) half a mile away, and grudgingly got one. They acted like it was a big deal, and made me feel cheap and imposing. Very unprofessional.

I originally called a plumber who didn't service my area but he gave me Mr. Montgomery's number as a recommendation. He was very nice over the phone and we set up an appointment. His son ended up being the one to show up who was also very nice but seemed to be in his apprenticeship. We asked them to come replace our standard kitchen faucet with an updated one we purchased and to look into installing our alkaline water machine to a separate dedicated faucet which we had ready. We previously had a plumber in another state where we moved from install our machine with no problem as we also have the manual. He had to call his father to come take a look after a couple phone calls back and forth. Once he arrived he quoted around $250 in addition to the faucet install which was double what we paid before so we passed on that. I found the elder Montgomery less than personable in person and he seemed annoyed at the situation. I later came to find out that when they worked under our sink they disconnected the line to our dishwasher and failed to replace it. We had to have an appliance repairman look into why our dishwasher wasn't functioning and he found out that it had been disconnected. Luckily that was covered by our warranty for the service appointment but it was a nuisance in the meantime and could've been avoided if they were more thorough. We have since found a quality high rated plumber who was able to set up our water system seamlessly and for half the price.
