First time using Monster Rooter Plumbing by Gilbert on 02/20/24 for water heater issue. He was thorough in explaining over the phone possibilities of having to replace part vs purchasing new water heater, since the water heater was several years old and no longer has warranty. In the end he was able to fix the issue without us having to buy a new water heater.
He came within the scheduled time frame, was friendly and professional. Would use him again in future.

Gilbert Navarro with Monster Rooter Plumbing replaced my water heater a couple of months ago and provided great services at that time. Today I am having problems with my hot water in my shower and I contacted Gilbert and he said he would come check out my shower between 9-11am. I texted Gilbert at 12:30pm to ask was he still coming and he said he was looking for a ""Stem"" part for the shower. I called Gilbert back at 3:00pm to ask what time was he coming and he responded back to me rudely and said he was working on another job and did not have time to text/call me as he was working and cannot find the part that is needed for my shower. He did not have the decency to communicate and let me know he could not find the part needed for my shower and let me know he was working another job and I had to continue to text make phone calls to Gilbert to find out what was taking so long and why he had not shown up to service my shower as previously scheduled. Gilbert Navarro at Monster Rooter Plumbing provided the total opposite customer service than what I previously experienced and I would never recommend ""Monster Rooter Plumbing ""Company to anyone. Very rude and unprofessional technician!!!

We have used Gilbert's services over the years and he is a godsend. He's always quick to respond, on time, equipped with all the necessary tools, and has a friendly attitude.

More importantly- he has an in-depth knowledge of swamp coolers, is great at diagnosing the problem, and always resolves our issues quickly. He also takes the time to explain the issue clearly so we understand what the problem is and we really appreciate that.

There have been so many times we would have been in real trouble without Gilbert, so we're grateful for his service.

Called to have my leaky shower head fixed. Gilbert came out and diagnosed that the valve needed to be replaced, he replaced it and installed a new shower valve and head. I didn't feel pressured or felt upsold. He's very knowledgeable. He also replaced my bathroom faucet and some old piping that was rotted underneath. I would definitely use again and recommend him.

My toilet got clogged late Saturday night and Gilbert was the only person who answered and was willing to come first thing the next day. He was very friendly and was able to fix my toilet in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend him and will be calling him for any plumbing needs.

Only person who took my call when we couldn't find the shutoff valve on a weekend and had a water leakage that was concerning us since we couldn't find the leak. He was able to help us diagnose the leak and found the shutoff valve for us. Was upfront and let us know what he could and could not do at 5pm on a Saturday.

We had a leak in pipes in wall in bathroom and he fixed it when louies plumbing told us they couldn't find parts locally and had to go out of town for them. Gilbert got parts locally and fixed it in an hr.
I appreciate honest knowledgeable people. Which he is.
Other plumber did things on out property that was questionable and seemed to be done deliberately to make more money. Gilbert explained everything he was doing and was professional and got the job done when other plumber left us hanging and even created more problems which left us with no water in the house.

My house was built in 1950 and so was the the main line! LOL and why does it always block on a Sunday? Gilbert's always there to fix it, at a fair price! When my water heater died... yes, on a Sunday, Gilbert's there! Rusted out pipe underground in my back yard leaking and flooding... Gilbert's out there digging it all up and fixing it in the dark!
No matter what, Gilbert cares about his customers as friends and does fast, professional and fairly priced work ALWAYS!
Don't be swindled by those other service guys out there! Gilbert will tell you the TRUTH about your problem and get it done beautifully at the fairest price he can!
