Monsoon Irrigation installed an irrigation system for us 2 years ago. At the time there was a mistake made where they failed to connect a portion of our yard to the system. When made aware of this they were very good about coming back to resolve the issue. A few months ago I realized that there was still a problem with how the system was set up. They made an appointment to come out to work on the problem but never showed up the day of the appointment. I called several times and left messages, none of which was returned. I emailed them as well, also with no response.
I was very surprised because up until this time they had been very good at responding. All the workmen were also very nice and very helpful. But this experience has certainly soured me on the business and I would not recommend them anymore.

We were seeking an affordable drip system for our new home. We already had plants in and were tired of watering. Cody returned our call immediately and Raul and Oscar came out the next day. They were also very polite, friendly and professional. We had a written quote the same day and a few days later they were out to install. Josh introduced us to the others and he was super polite, friendly and professional. They immediately got to work and when they were finished, our yard looked like nothing had happened. They replaced our pebbles and re-raked the yard. Josh explained the system, answered every one of our questions and we are thrilled. Thanks, guys!!!

They did an excellent job installing my 2-line drip irrigation system. They were very responsive and were able to start the job much sooner than any other company I called. The price was fair and the employees were really friendly and helpful whenever I had a question. Fantastic work, I highly recommend these guys.

They installed my irrigation system and it works great. Cody listened to my concerns and designed a system that is exactly what I wanted including Wifi and specific placement. A few issues have come up, but they still get five stars for being responsive, courteous, and professional. Out of four estimates, their pricing was competitive. I highly recommend this company!

I can't begin to say enough about this company. From the minute you call and schedule with Ms. Victoria, it's such a pleasant experience. I've had Joe come out a few times and he's the sweetest guy ever. Coming from
FL and not really knowing about an irrigation system, Joe takes the time show you and explain everything to you. I recently had a a problem and couldn't be here when he came, but it was no problem at all. Joe came in and emailed me the bill later. It was awesome. This company is my go to for sure, wonderful wonderful people who are completely trusted in my book!

We had an assessment done on our drip system by the owner of the company. He stated that there was a lack of water to our front line and stated the line was cut or there was not a proper line running and stated a new line needed to be placed. We got a second opinion and they unclogged dirt from the line and it works fine now. I was disappointed and didn't feel like we should pay for the poor assessment that would have cost us hundreds more. Their secretary was polite and stated they remove the bill and apologized. Then, 5 minutes later I get a call from the owner yelling at me, threatening to sue me, cursing and calling me names. I Paid for my faulty assessment after I felt unsafe.
Very unprofessional, disrespectful, and could not give me an explanation why his assessment was incorrect. Especially being the owner. I would not want this man around my home or family again, felt unsafe. He was not honest and felt misled. Do not recommend based on false assessment, recommending unnecessary treatment, and horrible customer service directly from the owner.

I am very happy to give Monsoon Irrigation 5 stars. I had a leak and I called in on Monday and was given an appointment the next morning with a 2 hour window. They promised (and came through on that promise) to give a call 30 minutes before they arrived so I didn't have to wait at home for the entire 2 hour window. Joseph located and fixed the leak quickly and tested to make sure everything else was good before he left. Great service! I will definitely be calling Monsoon Irrigation the next time I need help with my irrigation!

Cody and his team did a terrific job updating our drip irrigation system in our front yard. Cody provided me with a quote which was fair and I had no trouble scheduling the work to be done when it was convenient for me to be home from work. The team took less time to do the work than expected, and Cody charged less than the quote due to the fact the time spent on the job was less. Victoria was also wonderful to work with! She called me prior to the team arriving at my home which was greatly appreciated. I would call Cody again if we need additional work done and we will gladly recommend Monsoon Irrigation to all of our friends! Thank you!

Monsoon Irrigation replaced our 20 year old drip irrigation system with a complete new system. The did a great job in a timely manner. They are a pleasure to work with both office wise and in the field. We highly recommend them.
