We had an assessment done on our drip system by the owner of the company. He stated that there was a lack of water to our front line and stated the line was cut or there was not a proper line running and stated a new line needed to be placed. We got a second opinion and they unclogged dirt from the line and it works fine now. I was disappointed and didn't feel like we should pay for the poor assessment that would have cost us hundreds more. Their secretary was polite and stated they remove the bill and apologized. Then, 5 minutes later I get a call from the owner yelling at me, threatening to sue me, cursing and calling me names. I Paid for my faulty assessment after I felt unsafe.
Very unprofessional, disrespectful, and could not give me an explanation why his assessment was incorrect. Especially being the owner. I would not want this man around my home or family again, felt unsafe. He was not honest and felt misled. Do not recommend based on false assessment, recommending unnecessary treatment, and horrible customer service directly from the owner.

I am very happy to give Monsoon Irrigation 5 stars. I had a leak and I called in on Monday and was given an appointment the next morning with a 2 hour window. They promised (and came through on that promise) to give a call 30 minutes before they arrived so I didn't have to wait at home for the entire 2 hour window. Joseph located and fixed the leak quickly and tested to make sure everything else was good before he left. Great service! I will definitely be calling Monsoon Irrigation the next time I need help with my irrigation!

Cody and his team did a terrific job updating our drip irrigation system in our front yard. Cody provided me with a quote which was fair and I had no trouble scheduling the work to be done when it was convenient for me to be home from work. The team took less time to do the work than expected, and Cody charged less than the quote due to the fact the time spent on the job was less. Victoria was also wonderful to work with! She called me prior to the team arriving at my home which was greatly appreciated. I would call Cody again if we need additional work done and we will gladly recommend Monsoon Irrigation to all of our friends! Thank you!

Cody and his crew were prompt and professional. They arrived on time, called first, did an excellent job at a fair price. I had them install a drip system for my entire yard, which I had just landscaped for rainwater harvesting. The new plantings and rock work were not disturbed or damaged in any way. I know how careless workmen can be but Cody's crew were great. I also installed a top-of-the-line controller, which Cody handled perfectly. They were even sweet to my dog! I heartily recommend Monsoon Irrigation, as good as it gets.

Leaking irrigation l valve. Not a major problem, but a showstopper. I contacted Victoria at Monsoon for a quote. Professional and friendly. She set up an appointment with Cody to see what was needed. Cody showed up, on time (the world needs more of that). Cody did an excellent job of explaining what needed to be done and what the cost would be. The repair was completed 2 days later, per our agreement. The repair was professional and it matched the free quote exactly. Cody, Victoria and Monsoon Irrigation exceeded my expectations. We needed a complete renovation of the drip system in our front and back yard (a very big job). I researched several companies before deciding on Monsoon Irrigation. Their price was a little more than the other companies, but entirely worth it. Their estimate was very detailed so I felt comfortable that I would get what I was paying for. From the first contact, Cody was professional, knowledgable and friendly. I was updated every day via email regarding the progress on the job. I had a few concerns after it was done and Cody came back twice to take care of them. We now have a more efficient system and no more leaks. I scheduled an appt w/them to take a look at my drip and sprinkler system partial replacement and addition of second controller and some new values. Cody was pretty much on time. Courteous. Like him but then never heard back. I took a half hour out of my day to walk through and he never sent the quote. I called four days later and left a message no call back. This would have been likely a 3k job. It would have been nice to get a call back if they didn't want to do this project.
