Volatile -- extremely aggressive communication. We accepted Troy's bid to repair and coat our roof, but we just wanted to wait for the weather to be a little cooler so the coating would set appropriately (as it was in the 100's on our roof even early in the morning) . We asked him about the temperature and what kind of coating he'd be using, he never gave us a direct answer--just that he'd use ""the best coating"" and he's been doing this for over 20+ years (so stop asking questions and just trust me???). So we did our own research and decided to wait to coat as it was not urgent for us to do the work immediately. Troy became so angry that he sent extremely aggressive texts the next time we reached out: From Troy: ""my time is very valuable. whether you believe it or not. so I have no interest in helping you out!.... Get off your internet and listen to a professional! Good bye!!""
