We have had them for small jobs and big ones. They cam on New Year's Day the first time we called them.

Called them to fix a clogged drain. After about an hour they told me that it couldn't be unclogged, but, said they could install new pipes. I called another plumber who unclogged the drain in 15 minutes. They are either incompetent or were trying to get me accept some expensive repairs.

WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. We paid them over $12,000 to install a grinder pump for our sewer and it isn't working! When my husband called to ask them to come fix it he said he would charge thousands more and the house is brand new! We haven't even moved in yet and the equipment and their installation is already faulting. When I called Herbert to explain to him that this wasn't our fault and he needed to make it right, he just kept yelling at me and when I asked him to stop and to speak to me like an adult, he hung up.
The guy who he hired to dig for the line also told me that he tacked more onto my bill than was actually charged for the digging, just so he could profit more. This guy is a dirty crook. Take your business elsewhere.

Mike & Debbie H. - very responsive when needed something but don't call them after they are finished;; you will never get to talk to them.
Was given an estimate prior to fixing problem; the work was shoddy; and the bill was $400 more than the estimate! We were not told this, the bill just came in the mail and when we opened, surprise! We are very disappointed with their work and they are not people of their word! We feel we have been lied to! We won't ever use them again and if your're reading thiis I wouldn't call them either!

I needed help ASAP. I called that evening and was told the next morning I'd be given an estimate and time frame and the next thing I know I've got a great price and a bathroom installed in a day and a half. I'm talking tub, hot water heater, water lines, etc. And whenever I had a question, I could call and get an answer or was kept up to date. Did I mention friendliness? Just the nicest people!
We built a barn to live in while we built our house and sold our other one before we were ready to move. These men have gone above abs beyond to get us out of a motel and into our temporary home. I could not ask for more!!

BEWARE: Does not understand septic systems, quotes small price then charges substantially more, and fails to address the issue prompting the repair call.

Not bad, but not particularly good either. Had them out to fix my bathroom and shower. Dude did a decent job, was a little pricey though. Well come to find out now my bathtub doesnt get hot water. Called them up to come take a look at it, OF COURSE these kids havent even called me back let alone come look at the tub. #weaksauce!
