The service call only resulted in the conclusion that we had to shop for a faucet. We had a friendly discussion with the service guy, Nate, so much so that most of the hour charged to us was discussion about family, etc. What he failed to tell us is that we would be charged $2.00 for every minute of friendly discussion!! If he had told us that, then we would have greatly reduced our personal chit-chat! Then when I called to have our bill reduced, they said we had to pay the full amount of $260! I do not mind the $100 for the service call and maybe ~ 10 paid minutes it took to say we need a new faucet, but I DO MIND paying 50 minutes X $2.00/minute = $100 for a friendly discussion!! I do not know the quality of their work because they did not do any. I eventually replaced the faucet myself.

My landlord hired them to fix a plumbing issue in our apartment. The men who came wouldn't even speak to us, completely ignored my three year old and made him cry. They used one of my wash clothes without asking and threw it in the trash when they were done. They left metal pieces in my bathtub and didn't clean up after themselves and melted one of my shampoo bottles during their work. I would never recommend this company.

If you are looking for a competent plumber who is VERY expensive with no room for negotiation try Monona Plumbing. I say this because we've needed to hire plumbers three times over the last year. Of the three Monona was hired to do the least amount of work, (installing two turn off valves and replacing two hoses to resolve a slow drip) and charged us nearly as much as a competitor charged for much more (installing two outside spigots and reconnecting ALL of the items for our kitchen sink following a new remodel). The third company we hired did more work than those two did combined and for what was done that company's bill was very reasonable. Yes Monona was able to get to our job sooner than some the other companies, but did we pay for it! I guess it just shows that you should get some estimates before you hire your plumber!

I have used them in the past and they were great. I called to have a leaking Moen shower valve cartridge replaced and told them I could only have them work on Tuesday or Thursday. They said they will have some cartridges on the truck and if they don't have them they will run out and get them. They gave me a 4 hour window on Tuesday to work with. They called 3 hours into the window saying they would take a picture of the valve and replace it tomorrow. Wednesday. When I cannot do it.
I could have rescheduled for Thursday, but I decided to cancel and give someone else a try. Hopefully someone who values their customer's time better.

its sad i called them seeing good reviews. when i call lady who answered said they very busy till certain date I said fine give me an appointment. after a pause she said oh only one appointment that day very early in the morning. what a joke they dont know there own availability

Terrible experience with this company and the plumber. He was very rude and condescending to my wife and they overcharged us so much money. Then, when we tried to talk to somebody at the company about our issues, they would never call us back! I do not recommend this company. Plus the thing they were supposed to fix is not even fixed so they are incompetent as well.

Chuck showed up on time as promised, was very friendly and personable, and was in and out in no time, installing my Wi-Fi safety shutoff valve in under an hour. As far as the business is concerned -- of all I contacted, Monona was the most responsive, the most in depth, and fairly significantly the best value, and they asked about mask preferences ahead of time (which were adhered to!), which is not something I have experienced with other contractors. I would happily contact Rick again for an estimate or have Chuck do work for me. Well done.

Great customer service. They replaced three of my toilets and were very fast and super clean. They also provided me with a quote and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. They were punctual and courteous. I am definitely calling them back if I need anything else serviced.
