Have been using Paul (the owner), and his assistant Anthony, for several years. They are courteous, pleasant, quick to return phone calls, very knowledgeable, never leave a mess behind and I have never had to wait long for them to schedule a service call. The best part - they always call to let you know exactly what time to expect them!

Paul and Tony really went out of their way to make my home warm again.
Paul came out on the initial call had no heat furnace wouldn't run . He came out promptly and trouble shot . Mind you furnace is over 30 years old needed to be replaced . Paul lent us temporarily heaters so the family could sleep warm . The following day came out with a whole new unit replace and got it up and running in no time now we have heat and are all happy again. Would recommend for their promptness and very affordable. Job was completed very efficiently and neatly they clean after themselves amazing workmanship.

installed iron filter 5 yrs ago it stopped working so i purchased a new one which was never working do to missing parts never installed. Took 6 months for paul to look at the system after repeated calls and emails. Called manufacture of the system who sent me the parts which i installed myself with phone support.

After just purchasing our home a couple days ago we noticed our central air system was not running right so we decided to contact Monmouth H&AC and glad that we did ! Our Operator name was Paul and he did a great job , came out on a Saturday when we didn't expect to find anyone at 6 at night on a Saturday but he was available ! Fixed it up super fast with no issues ! I recommend everyone contact them if u are in need of heating an cooling services !
