My tankless water heater stopped working without any warning. Monkey Wrench made an appointment for the following day as they were busy, but a short time later they had a cancellation and so they sent Louis over. Louis was very knowledgeable and courteous. He contacted the manufacturer to check for warranty and while there was warranty on the main part the rest was not covered and it seemed that replacement was the only real option. Louis gave me all the options and then arranged for his colleague to bring the unit and then fitted it that same day. It was not inexpensive but the service was exemplary and I'm glad I called Monkey Wrench.
