I had to have my 14 year old tankless water heater system replaced. My experience was phenomenal. From Abraham helping to get my financing down to a very reasonable monthly payment ($80) to my plumbing technician Eli, who was fantastic. He worked his tail off, in a driving rain storm. The install looks wonderful, and I was extremely impressed by the way he cleaned up. Immaculate. Definitely a 5 Star rating!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Monkey Wrench Plumbing! From the moment their service team answered the call, I was blown away how bright, pleasant and professional the lady was (sadly, we didn't get her name). The next day another woman called to confirm the plumber was en route ...equally as pleasant and professional!

Rick Aguirre was the plumber assigned to fix our tankless water heater. he was excellent! Rick set me at ease immediately and told me this was not a difficult or terribly expensive job. He was patient and hung in there for 90 minutes while sitting on hold with Rennai for confirmation of the correct part. Most plumbers would have left by then and billed me for a second service call. He explained my options and didn't try to upsell me at all, or tell me I needed a new unit like several others that I called. He's an extremely moral plumber (and assuming the sntire company as well), which is a hard thing to find these days. He was able to fix my issues and even told me the best steps to take to make sure we had a long service life out of an already 11 year old unit.

I can't stress how pleased I was with the entire experience and level of service and professionalism from everyone at Monkey Wrench. At the end of the day they treated us like people doing business with people the way it ought to be.

Monkey Wrench an Awesome company to use they do it all.
This time I needed electric it was easy to make the appointment. Got a call letting me know when he would arrive which is always important so you don't have to wait around. Daniel Yanez was the electric tech he was more than amazing. Nicest guy very helpful with telling me the issues was very knowledgeable and also very cordial and efficient with his work. Could not be more happy I have a few properties and would not hesitate to call Monkey Wrench.

They are the a warranty service provider for Rinnai. The part that needed replacing was the heat exchanger. Rinnai was covering the job under warranty both parts and labor. The technician first told us Rinnai would cover 300 dollars for labor and they would need another 1300 on top of what rinnai would cover. We didn't hire them for the job and were going to get another quote. They had the part shipped to them and never notified me that they had the part shipped to them. I decide to hire another plumber and found out they had the part over a week later. No I didn't have any hot water. I had to get a hold of a Rinnai tech to find out they had the part. The technician first told also informed me that they cover 450 dollars not 300. So in short they wanted 1750 for a job that takes 1 guy about 1-2 hours to complete. I'm sure there excuse is bigger companies need to make more money to cover advertising etc. but what they are charging is more than a high end lawyer makes. Steak clear of this company unless you want to get ripped off and put on the back burner. The plumber I hired did the job for the 460 Rinnai awards for the job.

Luis C is a terrific technician and really represents the company well. He is honest and does an excellent job explaining what he is doing and what needs to be repaired or replaced. Luis was on time with his appointment and is really passionate about his job.

I asked Monkey Wrench to come out and look at my tankless water heaters and do a possible flush. Luis explained to me that a flush would probably do more damage to the water heaters and I will probably need to replace them in a couple of years. This agreed with my own assessment that the water heaters are close to replacement and I really appreciate that Luis was very honest about the flush treatment. I will definitely go to Monkey Wrench when I need to replace these water heaters in a couple of years!
