Monkey Wrench Plumbing is a fantastic company. I am very impressed with how responsive and responsible Monte was in the entire process! I have a rental home that had a bad water heater needing a quick replacement. I communicated with the owner, Monte via Yelp for help. Not only Monte offered the quickest schedule to install and a very competitive price, but also they had excellent warranty on the tank (10 years), parts (6 years) and workmanship (1 year). Monte has been an amazing help for all our plumbing needs. I have used him for the past year with any issues that we have had. The first time I called him, he fixed a leak in our 2nd bathroom tub that the first plumbers did not fix and thought the problem was in our foundation (not even close). He recently replaced our water heater that busted, and we are now going through with a water softener installation. I have experienced and also heard of bad experiences with plumbers, and monte has performed beyond my expectations with his services. I highly recommend him to anyone who has any plumbing issues, as he is very knowledgeable, very reasonable pricing, pleasant to work with, and always reachable when we need him!

I just had Monkey Wrench out here to replace our water heater. The whole process from start to finish has been fantastic. After our 16 month old water heater broke these guys came in to save the day! They had us using hot water again within hours.
Monte takes pride in his work.. instead of just installing a water heater he helped clean and dry the area in our garage where the mishap occurred. How nice is that??
The quality and professionalism by him and his guys are unmatched and truly genuine!
He also accommodated texting us when they arrived in case our infant was asleep.

Awesome experience working with these guys. They gave an accurate estimation of the work involved by just looking at pictures of the project. They came in and knocked the whole thing out same day and even found some other issues without trying to upsell me on more costly repairs. Fantastic customer service. Fantastic workmanship. Fantastic response time.
We had new countertops and sinks installed in our kitchen and bathrooms and the contractor suggested we replace the old copper water pipes that had been bent many times over the years. I made a few 'blind' calls because we had never used a plumber before. I knew it was risky to just pick a plumber from a web search, however, I did not have much choice; the water was turned off to our whole house. I made several calls and did get ahold a few plumbers and decided to go with Monte at Monkey Wrench because he explained, over the phone, the prices for each component that needed replacing. He told me not to pay more than the amount he gave me for each sink, if I decided to go with someone else. He offered to call me back while he worked on the afternoon schedule to get one of his plumbers over that day.
He was able to get two of his guys over within a couple of hours and they did a super job. They replaced all the old copper pipes, made sure all the connections were water tight and the water was flowing properly, they cleaned up after they were done, and they were polite, cordial and were both clean and appropriately dressed. We were so pleased with Brad and Matthews' work that we had them redo the ugly hardware to one of our toilets, install a new drinking water purifier and assemble an automatic soap dispenser.
Monkey Wrench Plumbing is a family company, and Kimmie was just as delightful to work with as her husband Monte. Kimmie does the scheduling and billing, and with all the work we decided to have Monkey Wrench do for us, we needed to schedule a few visits.

Having a cracked water main was not a fun thing to endure... Monte was quick and professional, he was easy to reach even on the weekend.
