When I discovered we had a leak in one our toilets, I was a little bummed. So much going on in our lives, I had to consider time & money. When I called, David immediately picked up and gave me the next day option. I mentioned that I was on a time constraint, he let me know he would be at my place the next day asap. Well, he was prompt to call me at 7:30 am to let me know that he was on his way and was at my home by 7:50 am. Took one look, said that the flex house needed replacing. He replaced it in no time. He took at the most 15 min to get job done. When I inquired the night before about pricing, I had an idea what everything would cost. So, it surprised me at the end, that David would choose to not charge me for his services. As much as I love a freebie, I could not go without paying him at least his hourly rate. In today's economy, it's not feasible. David's service, quality of work, and value cannot be surpassed. David just locked himself into being the family's plumber.

Started with 2 full bathroom renovations. Then window replacement (from jealousies to sliders), and installation of 2 a/c's were done. David is very professional, communicates well, keeping us informed the whole time. Neat (sets up and cleans up). He understood what we needed, and made suggestions on designs. We couldn't be happier.
