They replaced a leaky water heater for me about 2 years ago. As I did not have much of a choice and Monarch was the only one that resposnded I worked with them. They did not provide me an extended Bradfors & White Extended Warranty form, and the system they installed had a faulty anode rod which caused hissing sounds, and the gas damaged one my faucets. They replace teh anode with an aluminum one a few days later and in the process damaged some of the sheetrock aroung the area of the water heater. They did not install any drip pan or anything at the time of installing the water heater.

Our water heater went out on Monday and we had no problem buying another one at Home Depot. Beyond that, getting it installed correctly is a real mess trying to go through HD. We had used Monarch Plumbing in the past and called them. They were able to fit us in on Tuesday and two of their guys came and installed the new water heater and took away the old one. They arrived early, were very nice to deal with and did a terrific job. We highly recommend this company.

We requested services through Yelp and Monarch was one of the most responsive plumbers in our area. They're the one who can respond that morning to our emergency that has flooded our first floor restroom and adjacent coat closet. Eli was very professional, arrived on time, explained what he's seeing on the camera, and discussed the next steps. He could've just clear the clog about 70 feet outside of our house, but he also told us about our main that has standing water. I'll spare you the ordeal we have to go through and our HOA not maintaining our privately-owned main, but thanks to Eli and his professionalism, we now have our main cleaned out! And we happily provided referrals to our neighbors who are now wondering about their main!

Contacted Monarch Plumbing through Yelp after another service failed to show after I took a half day off of work. They later said they called to notify me they had an emergency but interestingly you would think if I didn't pick up they would have left a voice mail. They didn't, so on to Monarch. After making the appointment, it turns out they were running behind schedule but kept me posted of their arrival time which was considerate and greatly appreciated. That in part is what customer service is all about. They came out gave me a reasonable estimate for replacement of an outdoor leaking spigot. I gave the go-ahead and in very short order they were finished. Now no more leak. I definitely will use Monarch for future plumbing needs.
