Our house got red tagged for a minor gas leak. We called Monarch upon a recommendation.
A time was set up and Eli showed up on time to talk about the problem. The leak test estimate was very reasonable.
We were given a time when the plumbing team would show up. And they were there at that time.
They leaked tested the line and determined the main leak and verified a minor one.
New hose, new fittings, re-taped another valve with a minor leak.
Overall, the price was a fair price.

Eli and Eddie just left my current home and they were super great. Gave me a call 30 mins before they arrived, showed up right on time and were in and out within 15 minutes. Both gentlemen were extremely nice. Would definitely recommend Monarch, especially Eli and Eddie.

Eleazar and Jose were my plumbers for installing an auto shut off valve. My work area under my deck was small but Jose did an excellent job installing my Yolink flowsmart meter. Eleazar has a big heart and cares for his customers. Process took roughly 2 hours because of my special situation. Would definitely recommend these two for their fair price and worksmanship.

Terrible service..had a banging sound in the main bathroom after working on it for an hour and charging us $300 plus with no resolution but then said oh we can add something else and it will cost $600 we said no thank you.. after reviewing the issue on YouTube I replaced the cartridge for $50 and the banging and hot/cold water control has been fixed..

Miguel and his crew did an excellent job of replacing my drain pipes. I've used Monarch for replacing my gas and , water pipes also and the results were excellent. They responded to my calls promptly and all the jobs were done the same week I called and in one day! They also cleaned everything and sent pictures of the old pipes to show how rotten they had gotten. These folks work hard when they're at your house, I was impressed so much I've used them 3 times! Miguel and his team were great to work with to resolve some of our sewer issues. Specifically, we had him install a new external sewer clean-out as well as document the location and path of our sewer lateral.

At the initial appointment Miguel went out of his way to spend the extra time to do a preliminary investigation so that he could deliver a thorough and thoughtful quote.

On the day of the job, Miguel and his crew were flexible and mindful while moving around our home. My spouse and I were both working from home at the time so this was very much appreciated.

Even the day after the job was completed, Miguel came by to take some extra pictures for documentation purposes and verify key locations along the path of the sewer lateral (e.g. where it hits the sewer main). This was on a Friday in the winter at 6:30pm.

I highly recommend giving Monarch a call for your plumbing and sewer needs because of their fair prices, good communication, and solid and efficient work.
