Our toilets and showers were back up with sewage and called Monahan, they were scheduled to be there at 8:30 but went to wrong address, then had truck issues and arrived by noon. They said it was a septic issue and gave us a list of possible problems, note we just moved into the house and had a septic inspection and the tank pumped. So we called the septic guy who came out and told us it was not a septic issue but a plumber was needed as the clog was before the septic, he did fix the issue. So we paid $125.00 to be told by the plumbmer what was NOT wrong and the septic person did not charge us and fixed the problem. And when I spoke to the plumber he defended his actions as it was a service charge... BAD SERVICE CHARGE.
