I needed my water heater replaced and Steve Monahan quoted me a good price. But, I needed a copy of the receipt to take advantage of the warranty on my broken water heater. When I asked Steve if he could provide a receipt, he told me that he ""didn't need the aggravation"" of dealing with another company's paperwork and that I should call someone else. My husband was sitting right next to me during the call and was shocked at how rude Steve was. I was very disappointed, because he was very pleasant when I met with him to discuss the job.

I contracted Monahan to perform plumbing services for my kitchen renovation. He was cordial, very responsive and prompt with his services besides being very reasonable with his price. I was very please with the services rendered.

Excellent plumbing company - I call them for anything that I can't handle. They're very prompt for emergency calls; do a great job and are very reasonable. Recently put in a new furnace and a new bathroom -- great job! Highly recommended.
