Do NOT use! The office lady and owner are horrible and just degrade you. They wont send me the write up for what was done and happened to file insurance and when asked the office lady got crabby and sassy about how they wrote one little sentence of what the tech did. Come on, this wont due and I tried to say that but she just got more sassy. The owner was rude from the start, it was pointless to try to talk, he just degrades you. Dude needs to get off his high horse, I don't care if you are an owner, you don't talk to people like he does.

A/C went out during a hot stretch. Inside temp of house at night was 88. Called these guys and they actually answered the phone which I'm finding is rare in this area when calling the local businesses. They were out same day. Ran some tests to see if a cheaper part would've solved the problem instead of trying to sell me a brand new unit. Didn't work. Was provided options and the guys were out next day. House was back to a cool 69. This town can be a pain in the rear to get quality service quickly. I'm impressed and recommend giving them a call when in need.

Another plumbing and heating company left us in a lurch. We were told that they would be out to fix an air conditioner within the week. After 2+ weeks of promises my client call Mon-Dak . They came out that same day and got everything in good working order again.

We have been waiting well over a year for them to come and service the A/C, furnaces and overhead heaters they sold and installed several years ago. They don't take care of their existing customers either Debbie H.

Super fast service from Brad for our AC repair, on a day when other companies promised to show up then never did. Brad was friendly and the price was right. I'll recommend Mon-Dak to all my friends.

We were so disappointed by this company. Our boiler died in a home we had recently purchased. We called MonDak because they were the only company listed as a dealer by the boiler manufacturer. Rick asked if they had installed it and if we were already their customer. Since we didn't know, he stated that they would only take care of existing customers and he would not do a service call. Considering we are without heat on a 36 degree day, I think this company really needs to reevaluate their customer service. We will probably need a new boiler, but we won't get it from MonDak.
