He said they don't work on Saturday, but when he heard we were going to need the water working well on Monday he made an exception. He and his team sacrificed their whole Saturday to help us! This was the first time I'd ever even met them, so it wasn't like I was an existing customer they had history with. I'm incredibly thankful for all their consideration. Great people!

Matthew S.We had an issue on a Sunday with a shower faucet - I called several plumbers who supposedly were available 24x7 but none called me back.
I contacted Roto-Rooter and received a call back saying they could be out in an hour. I asked of there was any upfront costs or costs for coming out - they said no so I had them come.
The shower faucet needed to be replaced and because of how it was broken we had to shut off all water in the house. I had a new faucet and they said they would use mine. The repair was completed on Sunday.
We did have a few issues that I brought to the attention of Peter the owner on the following Monday. Peter was very responsive and worked quickly to resolve our issues.
In the end the experience was a OK and we were pleased with the final outcome.
