I had 2 toilets backing up at our commercial building and needed a plumber fast. Called David and he came out and cleared the line and replaced old clean out that had been cemented shut! The job required a lot of extra work, but he did a fantastic job and was reasonable for the amount of work he had to do. He also sent pictures of the work progress since I wasn't able to be there personally. Will definitely call him for any future plumbing issues.

Had my gas shutoff due to a gas leak, so I needed immediate service. I called multiple plumbers for a quote, and David's was the most reasonable. He charged a fee like all others to determine where the leak was, but if you decide to use him for a repair, he will credit that towards the repair.

David was fast and honest with his work and he did not try to overcharge me. I had repair estimates from other plumbers, and David's was the most reasonable. He even gave me a discount from the original quote after all the work was done. I will definitely use him again for other services.

Called to have Moloian Plumbing check out a leak from my ceiling. David called back immediately and arranged a time to come over. He immediately saw what the problem was and fixed it, however, it wasn't the upstairs toilet that was causing the leak, it was the bathtub outflow. He had to come back the next evening to get the parts to fix the problem. Not only did he fix the problem he went over and beyond removing the old caulking around my bathtub and re-grouted the entire area. He did not charge for the Toilet since it was not the problem. He was very courteous and demonstrated excellent communicative skills when he was running late. He was very busy with other clients, but always was up front when he was running late.

I cannot say this to too many contractors, but Moloian Plumbing is super reliable, reasonable in his pricing and trustworthy. Great job David. You will be going in to my contact list for future jobs!

Had some water bubbling up in the front lawn that I thought was coming from the sprinkler system but it turned out to be a breach in the water main :O

David came the same day that I called him and was friendly, fast, and courteous. The price were extremely reasonable, as well. I'm going to have him back for more repairs that my house has been needing.

Just had a great experience with Moloian Plumbing. David and his crew are great! Very professional and knowledgeable. We had a severe leak in our copper water line under our home and David worked us into his schedule and made the repair the same day we called. The work was done quickly, and cleanly at a fair price. Had a wonderful experience with their services. I first spoke to David who set up the initial appointment for what I needed done in my bathroom and he gave me a reasonable quote over the phone. Then I had received a call from Mike and he stated that he would be available within 2 hours of when he called. He arrived within the time frame that he stated, looked at my vessel sink and drain, assessed the work needed and gave me another date and time that he would return to complete the job (which was 2 days after the first visit). When he came to do the installation he completed the job in a timely manner and I was able to use my sink right away!

Mike was very friendly and he explained everything simply. I am so glad I found Moloian Plumbing on Yelp and I will definitely call them for all my plumbing needs!
