We needed some work done around the house, including some water softener work, replacing a toilet, replacing some shower handles and valves, and even installing some ceiling fans. Moloian plumbing did everything for us at an awesome price. We really appreciated how professional they were and the fact that they even showed us how to do some of the work so we could do it ourselves if we wanted. We've hired them three or four times before and they just keep impressing.

I had a clogged sewer line in a 90 year old house. The crew at Moloian showed up ASAP & used a camera to diagnose all the roots that had infiltrated the pipe. The situation was rectified within an hour & we're flowing smoothly! Reasonable rates & prompt service. AWESOME.

David responded very quickly to my request for a quote. I was stressed out from a leak but he assured me that he would arrive shortly to take a look at the issue, which was a huge relief! As soon as he arrived he was very comforting and offered to fix the leak for a fair price. While he was fixing the leak, I asked about other plumbing concerns. David actually was able to fix those issues as well! It was pretty amazing. I feel like he went above and beyond to ensure that my homes needs were met. It was a comfortable interaction, without any additional pressure or unexpected charges. I would definitely recommend this company. I will be requesting David for any future plumbing needs.

Moloian Plumbing has been a great company to work with over the past few years. We had some issues with a leak in 2016 and when Moloain Plumbing came out, they thought through what issues could be and weren't hasty with Cutting our walls immediately. They pinpointed the issue and made an ""easy"" fix. Their service in 2016 built trust with us and fast forward to the end of 2018 and we called them when we had plumbing issues. We just moved into the area 3 months ago and we were in need of a ""sprinkler repair"" expert with reasonable rates. I was very hesitant to place that call and get a person out here, however I finally took the plunge. I was desperate and in need of irrigation in my front yard. I decided to use a local company (Montebello) and that's how I came across Moloian Plumbing.

David answered and to my surprise came out within the hour. Big plus for this Mama. He was not what I expected, in a good way. He was communicative, friendly, professional, and quickly figured out the issue. He quoted me a very reasonable price and with that said, I had a new water spigot to connect a hose, plus working sprinklers, to my surprise. He was very willing and did a fantastic job. I will definitely be using him again in the future.

He gave me a 2nd quote to change out the old valves, change a few sprinkers heads and get the automatic water system up and running. He made me laugh because he said, ""all you should do is walk by (sprinkler system) and say, Hello!!"" I may just take him up on the offer.

I had 2 toilets backing up at our commercial building and needed a plumber fast. Called David and he came out and cleared the line and replaced old clean out that had been cemented shut! The job required a lot of extra work, but he did a fantastic job and was reasonable for the amount of work he had to do. He also sent pictures of the work progress since I wasn't able to be there personally. Will definitely call him for any future plumbing issues.
