Stellar work and competitive pricing from Carlos for a sink clog I couldnt fix myself. But what I'm really pleased with is the upbeat and professional communication. Seems like a rare skill these days!
At my apartment, the manager hardly communicates when I request repairs. He honestly barely speaks english. And when he does get the job done, its work that doesn't hold up.
So this time I had a plumbing issue, I asked Carlos for help on my own dime. Texting and calling with Carlos about the issue, the estimate, and scheduling was an absolute breeze and a pleasure. Would highly recommend.
