This is my second review for the fantastic Molinas Plumbing & Rooter. Carlos and his crew have done several projects at my house in the past few months. All the work done by Carlos and his crew has been excellent. Carlos is highly knowledgeable in his craft and is very professional. On top of that, he is a really nice guy. He is honest and upfront about what needs to be done and his prices have always been reasonable. I highly recommend Monilas Plumbing & Rooter; Carlos and his crew are amazing.

My shower had an annoying leak into the tub. Knowing that the shower heads had been neglected for sometime I knew it was time to call in a pro. Carlos was the first to answer my service request through yelp. He gave me an estimate and said we could start work in two days. I wasn't ready with work and all, but within a week I called him back. His professionalism is what sold me and he left my shower like new. You won't regret giving him a call.

Carlos from Molina's plumbing and rooter is great. He came out and diagnosed an ongoing problem that we had at our commercial property. He was very descriptive and let me know what the problem was. He was very honest and fair with his pricing. In these days it's hard to find an honest tradesman and when money is limited you want to make sure to find the right person. Contacted Molinas for a clogged toilet I had in my second floor. Spoke with Carlos. He was thorough about what needs to be done and gave me an appointment the following morning. They arrived on time and took care of the clogged toilet. I must say these guys are super cool and knowledgeable and most importantly respect your belongings. They had shoe covers along with floor coverings in their work area. After they completed the job, they made sure that the bathroom was clean and gave me a breakdown of what exactly they did. Carlos Molina is a wonderful plumber and person. If you have a plumbing issue do yourself a favor and call him! I had a sewage smell in my house and called for help with the problem. The first plumber who came from Papa's Plumbing wanted to do a $6k repair to my sewer line! Carlos told me 'if the smell's inside the house, the problem's always under the house'. By golly Carlos crawled under the house and diagnosed the root cause. He photographed broken PVC pipes where sewage was spilling out and a sagging pipe where sewage collected under the house. He identified other pipes needed to be cut, replaced, and welded. Carlos' crew even had to remove the toilet from one bathroom while they spent over a day under the house. I was quoted a price and Carlos' crew worked a total of four days on my plumbing, with no increase in the cost. Now my house has no more icky smell. Carlos showed me the before and after photos from under the house and every item is fixed. Carlos identified the future repairs I'll need as well. He's honest, delivers on what he says, has integrity, and is just a great guy. Carlos Molina is the only plumber I'll use from this point forward.
