Carlos arrived on time to replace a garbage disposal. For me, that's huge. He did the job in a timely manner, gave me options and was very polite and professional. Carlos the owner was the most professional at responding quickly to my needs for a plumber because I had an earthquake valve leak reported by the gas company.

He made me feel relaxed and at ease when he told me he'd come out to check out the issue at no cost. He said once he arrived before starting the work he'd check out the situation then tell me what needed to be fix and would only proceed if we gave him consent.

He was there in under an hour and after a few assessments he found we had a loose valve that needed replacing.

He was in and out of there in no time.

We were so impressed by his professionalism and honest quotes.

The others that I called when I shopped around could tell they were trying to blow up the situation to be far worse even before seeing the problem.

We fell in love with Carlos instantly and he made us feel they we could trust him all the way to the very end.

They came the day I called. They were courteous and worked fast, also explained the process well. The price was much better than the estimate I got from another business who came before them. I needed a concrete walk way torn up due to a clogged pipe. This is going to be easiest 5 star review ever. Hands down. The professionalism, PRICE, the quality, responsiveness, cleanup, estimation, on and on were 10 stars. They showed up on time for everything, did the work (and extra touches like repiping an AC overflow pipe!) and cleaned up. The broke the concrete, hauled it away, replaced the pipe on one day. Second day was spent laying the new concrete and third day was clean up. The last thing I want to say is the PRICE. For the amount of work, the price could not be beat. I was seriously thinking about what else he could do but at this point I felt like I would be taking advantage. Carlos and his team deserve all the work they can get! For sure they will be busy!
