Andy, Javier and Seth were great to work with. I had some terrible drainage and seweage backup issues and they were quick to respond, very efficient and well priced. They took care of everything and I haven't had any issues since. On top of that they were very courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend Molecular to anyone who has drainage issues - these boys are phenomenal.

On a rainy Saturday, we discovered nothing was draining from the house. Toilets were nearly overflowing and showers were backing up. We must have made 25 calls, and either got voicemail saying the business was closed until Monday, or they didn't serve our area, or some lead generation service like Angie's with a phone bank in India trying to get us to pay for a referral. We tried one final hit on the google search...and that one was a gold mine! Andy answered right away, asked us questions to help him diagnose possible problems, and was here within a couple of hours. Turns out the problem was a blockage between the house and the septic tank. Andy diagnosed it and fixed it within about half an hour. He will always be our first call with plumbing issues, and I have rarely experienced such exceptional customer service.

I had no idea what we were getting into when we got told we needed sewer work, when I got told by the employee what all they had to do when he came I was like ""oh no they probably don't want to do it,; it's alot of work, the rain"" but I was amazed they said they could do it, I Even doubled checked make sure they wanted the job and everything went quicker then I thought. Next I knew they were done. I didn't need to call them to get them to finish they were reliable, defently answered all my dad's questions. Overall am very happy with how, and how long everything went. Thank you guys

Absolutely Amazing customer service and work ethics. These guys had the best attitudes in the most difficult weather conditions. They weren't on time - Nope, they were early! Go figure.
It's so nice to have a local company that actually cares about their customers.
They were there for me duri g an emergency. Up front with costs and work to be done.
