Water was draining into the cabinet under the kitchen sink. Mokher sent out a plumber who recognized the problem as a faulty garbage disposer. He replaced it. The plumber came on-time, went straight to work, and finished rapidly. Cost was $125 for the disposer plus $125 for the labor. If I have further problems, I will call them back.

Best """"service"""" in Miami...I know, I know...that's not saying much (in this city). They show up when they say they are going to and provide excellent service. I have been using and recommending them for about 12 years. I've had countless friends thank me for the recommendation...they were happy to finally find a good reliable plumber.

It pains me to give low-star reviews, but after a brief and unsuccessful encounter with Mokher Plumbing, I've no choice. Sewer water was coming up from the main line (conveniently located in my driveway) and beneath the pavers, a horrid smell bubbled. So, out of an emergency we called up Mokher Plumbing and within an hour (hence the 2 stars, not 1) Billy came over to diagnose the problem. He uplifted heavy driveway pavers, unsuccessfully snaked the pipe, and then left without solving anything (and also without ever repositioning the pavers). Then he charged $188 and never came or called back to make right on that pesky pipe.

I decided to give Mokher Plumbing another chance, and I'm glad I did! This time, I dropped my diamond earring down the bathroom sink drain. After spewing out a few four letter words, I picked up the phone and called Mokher. It would be $125 to open up the drain trap, however they weren't sure they would be able to come that same day. They promised they would try, and less than two hours after I called Sam was on my door step! He quickly took apart the plumbing and removed my treasured diamond earring along with lots of hairy gunk! He completed the job, left everything the way he found it (nice and clean), and left. Sam was very professional and provided excellent service! I will definitely use Mokher again.

Really excellent service and very courteous both on the phone and in person. They squeezed me in on a very busy day after I called them about a problem with my kitchen sink. The gentleman on the phone was extremely nice and even explained to me what the problem could be. He initially had me set up for a morning appointment the following day (I called at approximately 1:30 on a Monday during the holiday weekend) but said he would send someone over if an opening came up. About 10 minutes later I received another call that a plumber was available after all and he offered to send him over. The plumber arrived about 20 minutes later and got to work right away. I am thrilled with their service and will not hesitate to use them again!

These guys are great! Always polite and always on time. Their work is excellent. Had them run cameras down one of the lines , received a copy of the video on the spot and honest suggestions on how to fix the problem. Their integrity is to be admired. I have also used them to remodel an entire bathroom.

Full disclosure: I have never had these guys come out and do work but I'm basing this on my extensive interaction over the phone. This is the second time I call these guys with an issue and their service attitude over the phone is refreshingly excellent for Miami. The first time I had problems with my water heater. Like previous review said, they really take the time to troubleshoot over the phone rather than sending someone out. In this case we spoke 4-5 times the same day, where he researched my model online before and even called the manufacturer on my behalf - knowing they would not make any money. A salesperson myself I really appreciate this long term service mind-set! If I ever needed a plumber again - these were the guys I'd call. So... when I broke a pipe trying to install a new shower head I picked up the phone and called. And would you know - after explaining my issues he said """"you need an Easy Out that you can pick up at any local hardware store for less than $20, I'd hate to send someone out for $150 when it's such an easy fix"""". He even asked where I lived and gave me the address to a local Pluming store that would carry the item... Guess who I'm calling next time... I almost hope next time they actually have to come out so I can start re-paying for this truly outstanding service! Only reason I don't give 5 starts is that I haven't actually used their services.
