The reviewers are indeed correct...Juan is an all-around good guy. My appointment was suppose to be at 9 am but he texted me to let me know ahead of time that he would arrive later than expected because he had to take care of something with an inspector. I've been stood up before by other companies who wouldn't even bother to call/text you if they are late or if they can't make it. Juan prices are very reasonable and fair. He installed our electric water heater and change 5 shut off valves, and the job was done beautifully....he even fix our drain pipe and change the leveling leg to our front loader washer machine while he was here. I'll be recommending him to all of my neighbors that inquire about a plumber. Call him, you will not be disappointed.

We scheduled for the next day. He arrived on time, was super professional, fixed it all in under an hour, and payment was a breeze with Cashapp. Outstanding service and reasonable price. I found my go to plumber. Learn from my mistake: stay away from handyman and call Juan Mohr.

Although my sink project didn't come to fruition due to the permit issue for my office, I want to contribute a 5 star review for Juan's impeccable services. He responded to my inquiry within half an hour and was really interested to know more details. After I explained everything, he managed to come to the job site within 2 hours, wearing a face shield.
