I'm always nervous to try a new plumbing organization. I've had some fairly bad experiences. But a Google search suggested this organization and I gave them a call. The woman who answered the phone was pleasant (I think her name was Jessica) and she said a technician would arrive within an hour to two hours on a Saturday!

So in about 2 hours, Chris arrived, and he was so nice and personable. We talked through the issue with the drain from my washing machine and in no time he had it diagnosed. Before he began work, he gave me the quote and I knew what I was in for before he started. Didn't seem to long and the drain had been cleared. Chris was great to work with, he didn't mind me hovering and asking a bunch of questions. He explained their family owned business and they are not a franchise.

I was pleased with the quickness and efficiency of the service call. He gave me a folder with my copy of the bill and some literature. We talked more about how the business is run and who owns it.

And I know this will make Chris laugh, but the true test of his work came when he left and I ran another load of laundry with no leaks! Glad that this all worked out. I will definitely call them again.

Was very satisfied with the service and how honest and upfront Brian Rowles was. He evaluated our situation, recommend the solutions, and never pressured us. Showing us first hand with his camera in our pipe we saw the years of grease buildup that had caused our problem. He built our trust by first trying to flush the clog out with our garden hose, and only after realizing it didn't work recommended the high pressure flush of our pipe. Afterwards he again used his camera to show us the difference, and restored our pipes to new condition. I would highly recommend. Great work combined with honesty and integrity is a winning combination. Will never call anyone else for our plumbing needs. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

I woke up this morning to water in my garage from the water heater. I called Moffett Plumbing and they were here in less 2 hours. Jonathan was so nice and professional. He showed me where the older WH was drippong and qouted me prices to replace that were in a book not off the top of his head. The whole adventure took just over an hour and I am beyond pleased with results. He even sucked up the water in our crawlspace. Replacing a water heater is never going to be cheap if you want it done right but I did not feel taken for a ride either, he explained everything to me and I never felt like a stupid girl. I definately recommend this company!

I must say that I've had a whirlwind of emotions in dealing with Tom Moffett Plumbing over the past 48 hours. What started as a horrible customer experience actually turned around into a positive one. We had a leak in our kitchen and TMP discovered that our garbage disposal was leaking. In addition, it seems that our kitchen faucet was rusted beyond repair and needed replacing. TMP proceeded to provide me quotes that I felt were well beyond what even a premium service provider like Tom Moffett should charge. And as a loyal member of their Family Club for several years, I walked away pretty upset. In fact, I made the decision to walk away from TMP for good. I declined the service, cancelled my Family Club, and called another plumber.

What happened after this made me realize that good old fashioned customer service still exists in America. A manager from TMP called me to express his disappointment that I was an unsatisfied customer - and asked how he could make things right. In fact, he called me a second time as well. I could tell from the second call that he was taking this situation very personally. The next day they stopped by my house to talk to me in person and did what they could to make things right again.

I have to say, it's been quite an interesting few days. I've gone from a loyal customer to leaving the service for good, and now back to the point where I would even consider calling them again first for my next plumbing need. Having gotten personal calls and messages from managers and executives within TMP shows me that their customer service is more than just lip service.

I would recommend their service as long as you know that you might pay a little extra, but you're in good hands. They will show up quickly, on time, do a great job, and most of all, make sure that you are a satisfied customer.

I had a slab leak earlier in the year and Scott came out and was amazing! Months later, I had a flood in the kitchen and once again Scott did a great job! As my luck would have it, a month after my kitchen flood, I had an issue on the opposite side of the house and this time Ricky and his apprentice Jeremy came out to fix the issue (dug up part of my yard) and did a fantastic job! Both Scott and Ricky, explained things thoroughly. Great work by the Tom Moffett team and super nice guys!

Got awesome service from Connor today. He came during the allotted time slot and fixed the gnarly clog in our master bathroom vanity sink. He was courteous and kind. He answered my questions about other plumbing issues around the home and was overall awesome. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service provided by Buddy Leal! He explained the options for new water heaters and installation thoroughly. I also had him review toilet replacement options and decided to have him replace my 3 toilets too! I am having him return on Monday with his supervisor to review/plan bathroom and kitchen remodeling.
Overall the installation process for the water heater and 3 toilets was superior. Buddy's co-worker was great too. You will be very pleased with Tom Moffett

Tom Moffett Plumbing is also remodeling my three bathrooms, flooring, kitchen and painting. All work performed so far has been excellent!
