I got 3 estimates for new ductwork since mine was over 45 years old! About time!! Moffett wasn't the least expensive nor the highest price. But I really liked Mark who came out to give me an estimate. And they were the only ones to also suggest that I replace my equally old insulation.

Alberto and Aaron completed the ductwork/insulation in 1.5 days. They were courteous and cleaned up nicely when they were finished each day. Ashley in the office was great to work with as well!

I highly recommend Moffett Plumbing & Air when you need any work done.

Exceptional overall experience!! Contacted the company and in less than 2 hours- there was a technician available to complete the task. Tayler presented on time, carefully explained the issue, thoroughly handled the situation, inspected the work before leaving to make sure it worked properly, and cleaned the area making it better than she saw it. Truly expressed exceptional customer service- nice greeting, took time to describe the issue, how it would be taken care of, what product will be used, and before leaving addressed all my concerns and asked if I had any other questions before signing the bill. Tayler totally lives up to the definition of what customer service should be.

Giving an honest review to Moffett. We had a leak in our bathroom sink that needed a cartridge replacement. We bought a new faucet from Home Depot for them to install. The guys arrived on time and were very friendly. Chit chatted with me about our drum set in the car and he was a drummer. After inspecting the problem, he gave me 3 choices. Try and just fix the cartridge and not replace the faucet for $551, install the new faucet for $781, or install one of their faucets that has a lifetime guarantee for over $1000. He also just tried to upsell me on their membership which he said offered 15% off future visits and no inspection fee which was $89. I asked if I purchased the membership could they give me the discount today which he said they could not and the 15% wouldn't even be on a call like today in the future, but he said he would take $50 off the price and charged me $731. I thought this was really high to replace a faucet and they were here for less than an hour but I was in a jam because I wanted it done so I agreed to pay it. Their WiFi wasn't working so they had to email me the receipt. When I saw it later on it said install kitchen sink but it was a bathroom sink so I thought maybe I was overcharged by accident. I also asked a friend who owns a plumbing business in LA and he said no way it would be more than $250. That would be the top tier price. I even sent a photo of the sink so he could see what it was. I called Moffett to see if I was over charged because they accidentally entered kitchen instead of bathroom. To my surprise the woman Natalie said it was entered wrong and it should have been $150 more but don't worry, they won't charge me for their mistake. I asked why another plumber would say it should not have been more than $250 but she didn't have an answer. Though they did do the job and were friendly and on time I feel taken advantage of because of the price. If you are okay with paying 3X's what others charge then go with them. Otherwise, you may want to consider other options.

Wow! Ok- here's my update and please pay close attention! This is a business to use! After my initial review I received a reach out from Michael. The job was done for free at a day/time of my choice, they sent me a certificate for a discount, a Starbucks gift card, and most importantly a personalized apology card. I am extremely impressed! That is very kind and thoughtful. But we have to talk service, right? An apology without a back up is not the best. So let's talk service...it was a water heater flush. Pretty simple and I really should have done it every year living in Anaheim with hard water. Heater was clanging because of calcium. No clanging now. The tech was patient as I moved dogs from outside to inside, he explained everything clearly, he cleared the clog in a waeter line that happened because of the breaking up of calcium, and provided quotes for other projects I'm interested in. I am happy. I can't give 5 stars because that would be an overall perfect experience, but I can give 4 and a recommendation! Thank you Moffett.

Levi was very professional and left the bathroom clean. I did not appreciate the attempt to upsell what was needed as I am a senior citizen. Fortunate for me I did get a clear sink for the $90 coupon price.

I can't say enough about the service we received from Moffett! We called them mid day on Wednesday and they arrived 2 hours later. Diagnosed my issue which confirmed what we thought to be a slab leak. Taylor was our technician and she was extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional. She returned the next day bright and early and finished after 6:00 pm. It was not a small job, had to replace pipes in the wall and attic. At the end of the job, she cleaned up like she had never been there. Very impressive. I signed up for their Family Club which includes many additional benefits and priority appointments. And the icing on the cake was that we received a personal visit from the owner, Jo Moffett, checking on her crew, and to give us a little goodie bag and to meet her new customers. That was a very nice surprise and really shows how the Moffett's treat their customers as family. I highly recommend using this company.

Moffett family plan really is what it states, a FAMILY plan in the sense you are treated like family. I had an issue with my AC, and since I have a newborn, it was quite ""urgent"" to get this work repaired in the hot SoCal weather. Even though my HVAC was installed by a different company, Moffett had no issue coming in and taking care of the situation as if it were their own and if I was their only client of the day. Sergio was my AC Jedi-master and was not one ounce intimidating or condescending about the job despite coming on hot day and unconventional hours (weekend!). I surrounded my ""update"" notice with 6 stars for a reason, because Moffett deserves more than 5.

Moffitt Plumbing & Air recently replaced our water heater and we got tremendous service from Johnathan and Tristan. I got a referral from family and had high expectations from what I heard. I'd purchased 3 faucets and hired Moffett to install them. I've used them before and always had good experiences.

This job took nearly 6 hours instead of the quoted 3 and he'd only replaced the faucets and not the drain stoppers. There were two workers so I have no idea what took so long. All they'd say when asked at the 3 hour mark and thereafter was that they were almost done.

When I asked about the drain stoppers, he had to dig around in his truck to find them (uh, those were mine), said they weren't included in the quote but he'd do it and stomped off as I was trying to get clarification on the quote. He replaced 2 of the stoppers and quoted me for the third but by then I just wanted them out of my home.

If there had been a miscommunication, I would have been happy to discuss it but frankly, I can hire unprofessional, uncommunicative and temperamental for whole lot less somewhere else.
