For our rebuild in Paradise, Moe's Plumbing did a wonderful job and stood by their products and work. Really went the extra effort to make sure everything was done right!

I would NOT recommend Moe's Plumbing to anyone expecting good service. Here is why:
- very bad in communication. You need to email/call multiple times to get an answer. I think it is good customer service to say ""we are busy now. Please check back with us later""
- sending their workers to your house without any notification
- horrible at invoicing. Took Moe's 9 months to send us a bill with a mistake. They do not admit their mistake unless you showed them e-mail trail. Sorry or apology do not exist in their vocabulary.
- They do not listen very well. They install cheap products. When you say I do not like quality they say you pick.
- took them 9+ plus months to correct the mistakes they made.

Stay clear Moe's Plumbing. I do not think they even deserve 1 star.

Moe's has always done good work for us. Billing is slow, but so what if the work in done in a timely fashion. In response to the one person's complaint about timely billing and then trying to get out of it: regardless of how long it takes billing to come through, If the work is done, it should be paid for. This is called being an adult.

I love Moe's Plumbing! They are always quick to respond and very polite, friendly, and professional, both on the phone and in person. They get the work done promptly and correctly.

At first, we were required to contact Moe's as part of the warranty on our home. I was bummed because I already had a plumber that I liked. However, after one service call, I was a convert. I'm sticking with Moe's.

I have used Moe's for new construction. This is a professional company centered around more significant projects such as new homes or remodel in my experience. My experiences are first class. The crews are very experienced and professional. They are polite, tidy and quick. I found the pricing to be fair and the work to be prompt.
I read the other review and cringe. When you hire a contractor I feel you are obligated to pay for the service. I read nothing about bad work, only that they expected at some point it would be free.

Made an appointment with Moe's this morning, took time off work and waited 3 hours for them. They forgot. Say NO to Moe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT USE MOE'S PLUMBING!!! This company is unprofessional with the standard of work they offer as well as their billing. After a remodel, this company did not send us a bill for two years. When they did bill us we called and explained that the statute of limitations ran out and that we are no longer liable for this bill. We agreed to pay $500 which we did. Two years later (four years after the original services) we were billed again for the balance and when we called to reiterate that the statute of limitations had run out the company did not respond. A few days later someone from Moe's Plumbing (did not identify himself) came to our home after 7:00 pm and demanded payment. When we explained the situation again he shouted at us that we would pay this bill one way or another at which time we closed the door. The company then sent us to collections. With no recourse except to ruin our perfect credit we have tried so hard to maintain, we must pay the bill. THIS COMPANY IS UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!
