Moen brothers sent Dan & Adam to Fairway Dunes Condos in Bonita springs, fl. to clean our community storm drains, 17 in total. Not only did they do a great job and worked hard but they were very considerate to some homeowners who had a moving truck almost on top of one of the the drains. They told me that they would do those drains last.

This is a follow up review. Matt is still doing a good job. He installed two new toilets. He installed our disposal and fixed up a cluster under the kitchen sink. Just this last week, with only a 1/2 day wait, he came out and installed two new hot/cold valves on the washer, put in a new outside valve (which had been leaking), and fixed a seal on a toilet. He works fast, is efficient, and still thorough. His prices are reasonable and he always makes time.

I had 3 different issues to fix. They came the same day I called and fixed all 3 within an hour. They were kind and quick. Very impressed with them and will use them in the future.

We recently purchased a condo as an investment property in Estero Florida. The condo had many issues and broken items, appliances, etc. - one being a broken kitchen faucet. Being completely new to the area, not having any friends or relatives in the area, and not knowing really who to call, I went on Google and the Yellow Pages online looking for plumbers. I called a few who said they would definitely come out and give me an estimate, however if I chose not to have them do the work, they would charge me a fee to come out. Having lived in Atlanta for 30 years, I've used my share of different plumbers and have had some guys come in and do 5 minutes worth of work and charge me $250 because """"that's what the book says to charge"""" so I was already a little worried about this one. I then called Moen Brothers. They came out on time, prepared to do the work, provided an excellent price ($115) to install the faucet I had purchased in advance. The work took about 35-45 minutes because some lines were crimped, etc. but when the job was done, the faucet looks and works wonderfully. If I have future plumbing needs, I will not hesitate to call these folks out again - they're wonderful. And finally let me say, I'm not related to these guys; we're not friends; the only way I know them is through this single experience as a plumber that we used. I have no incentive to write this review except I felt like doing something nice to repay them (other than the $115) for their honesty and integrity, and their great plumbing work. Moen Brothers Plumbing is the way to go!

It's so hard to find a good plumber when you need one. These guys have done an amazing job many many times! Highly recommend!!
