These folks have been our plumber for decades. It's a family business and you are treated like family. They are fair priced - crisis or not. My daughter needed help after buying her first home. Even though Moede's didn't do the initial work they responded quickly and completed the necessary work. Bill was less than expected considering it was an urgent problem.

We called Moede & sons to install a brand new bathroom for us. We were impressed the first time for a service call and they still have not disappointed. Record timing to install fixtures and run the water /sewer lines. We love these guys! Very personable, knowledgeable, fast turn around time. It's great to know we have such a reliable resource here in shawano. Thank you

RUDE AND CONDESCENDING!!!
Didn't even do business with them but yet feel compelled to let everyone know how they conduct business!.
My hot water heater died yesterday and I purchased one this morning. I was hesitant to call due to Yelp and Google reviews, but had no other options. I explained my situation and was told that since I didn't purchase the hot water heater from them that I would be not a priority, which I get. But then the receptionist told me that it would be 2 MONTHS before they even could possibly get to it!! She then asked if I wanted to be placed on there list, and I stated that a family cannot go 2 months without hot water AND SHE ACTUALLY LAUGHED AT ME! Funny is not how I would describe the situation and they apparently do not want new customers (we are new home owners and never dealt with this before).
Luckily I found a plumber that actually likes money and new business.
I would rather go without water for 2 months than pay these condescending jerks a dime!!!

Would give zero stars if possible.

They don't follow-up on promises made. I called about having my water heater installed and was told that they would give a call the following Tuesday. Never received a call.

They don't answer the phone. Called everyday during the second week of May and nobody answered the phone.

They have no sympathy for their customers. Tried contacting them through Facebook and instead of getting a callback, was provided with their business hours. (I had been calling during business hours, so this was pointless)

Don't bother calling them, using a plumber from outside of the area if possible. Whoever is managing the company clearly has no idea how to properly schedule and execute work orders.

Great service at a very good price. I had several plumbing issues that needed urgent attention. Moede's was very good about fitting me into their schedule. They did excellent work quickly and at a very good price, much less than I worried about.
