We have had a service contract with this firm for over 20 years and always receive prompt reasonable service. We called today about no cold air and had it fixed within an hour! Our friendly service provider was Randy Bolduc. A $500 job cost us $0 because of service contract and warranties. The phone scheduler was courteous and helpful too.

In the summer of 2009, Anderson installed a Maytag A/C system, new air handler & duct work in my home. At no time during the discussion did the salesman tell me: Anderson is considering leaving the St Petersburg market.
I thought everything was going well until I called Anderson inquiring about a yearly service contract and found out they DO NOT service St Petersburg any more. I had another A/C company come out & they discovered Anderson personnel neglected to correctly install the heating fuse link relay [should be 30 and it was only putting out 16] I also found out the condenser unit that was installed in 2009 was actually 4 years old! The salesman also neglected to tell me that! The air handler was 2 years old. I paid top dollars for my A/C system and got an antiquated system.
Now 2 1/2 years later, upon my summertime inspection, the refrigerant in my unit was unusually low. [either i have a leak in my system OR Anderson put the bare minimum amount of refrigerant in] Whatever the cause, it cost me $200 to bring the refrigerant level up. The Maytag system has a 12 year warranty. But being that Anderson dumped me & my city from their service area, if anything goes wrong with this system, I'm on the hook for labor charges. [Thanks a lot] So it appears i will be paying for the labor costs of Anderson's mistakes in the future. I shudder to think what could go wrong in the next decade if 2 problems already popped up in 2 years.
In conclusion i would say find another company to do business with. They did NOT do right by me and I doubt they would treat you any better.
