After a busy night dealing with a leaky toilet in my home I called a local plumber for help. Unfortuately they were booked up for three weeks but these kind folks suggested that I try Modern. GREAT CHOICE! I called them about 8 AM. They were able to work in an appointment the same morning.

Kenny arrived a bit ahead of schedule, identified the problem, repaired the leak,tested the seal, cleaned up and finished by 12;30PM. What's more the cost was quite reasonable. I will use them again if I have a need.

My wife and I had called modern plumbing to come fix the toilet and they were supposed to call a day or two ahead of time to let us know what time the plumber would come out.
Ended up being instead of paying them over two to $300 to fix the toilet,
we were able to fix it ourselves before the appointment time several days before the appointment.
We called two days ahead of time to cancel the appointment ,
they have no communication in their company whatsoever,
the actual plumber himself still called to come out and I told him I had cancelled that several days ago,
so I had to call to let the receptionist know that they failed to call with appt. time,
and that we already had fixed the problem ourselves would not recommend this company at all ever!!!!!!
ps. When they were the charges approximately $250-$300 to fix on the toilet we found a five minute YouTube video and fix it ourselves in five minutes.

I wish I could give less than a one star rating. While the plumber they sent to do the work was friendly and knowledgeable the management staff has no idea what they are doing and continues to pass blame to anyone else. Over a year ago I requested a water heater install and asked about (and was quoted) prices for both traditional and tankless. After I decided on the tankless option we proceeded to upgrade the electrical based upon the specs supplied by the plumber. Shortly after completing the electrical upgrade I was informed by MP that they had spec'ed and quoted me a heater that wasn't adequate and that I would need to spend an additional $400 on a larger system as well as upgrade the electrical system for larger capacity (they did, begrudgingly, pay for the electrical upgrade.) Finally, after 6 months of excuses, they installed the water heater and the first thing we noticed is that it is still not big enough to fill our bathtub. I've spent the past six months calling the office every week or two trying to get a solution with no luck until finally today I was told that they've done all they can and no longer feel any responsibility toward their clients.

I can not describe how frustrating it has been to deal with these folks for the last year and can honestly say that I would suggest a basement full of sludge is preferable to any further interaction with these ""professionals.""

Sloppy workmanship, plumber discarded plumbing packaging materials into our cabinet corner out of apparent site instead of removing debris. Mounted faucet in wrong location and had to follow instructions to install properly.

Cannot recommend this firm that we had used a few times in the past. We called yesterday for service on our clothes washer faucet which was leaking. The receptionist said someone would call to set an appointment but 24 hours later no call was received. I called them again and the lady said she was surprised that no one had called us back but that they were ""20 days out"" with appointments. Good grief, and double good grief for her not telling my wife that when she first called. And triple good grief for snarkily responding ""thank you"" when I said we would no longer refer business to them. In the short-run with business being abundant, that attitude may work but in the long-run most businesses that use that approach are appropriately doomed to failure .
