I had a whole house pipe replacement in December right before Christmas and couldn't be happier with Modern Plumbing. They were in and out in 2.5 days and left everything clean and even hooked up a water line for my fridge, even though I didn't request it. All at no extra charge. Their work passed City of Deer Park inspection the first time - These guys are great and would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Great place! I've been here several times, and I always get quick and good service. I needed an adapter to hook up my water line. Instead of spending an hour at Lowes or Home Depot trying to find the adapter, I came here, was helped in less than a minute, and the guy knew exactly what I needed. Adapter was $6 which is about the same price at the big box stores. Highly recommend!

Guys are super nice. After freaky 10 degree freeze on Valentines Day, they were packed. Stood in line and these guys were so helpful customer after customer. I will never go to Lowe's or Home Depot for plumbing parts again. They have it all.

One more time I have to give a shout out to Modern Plumbing. We had something new installed yesterday. We had some problems today. They came out and were here for hours. I was getting weak-kneed thinking what all this was going to cost. Additional cost? Zero. They said it was their stuff, they were going to stand by it. Thank you, Jacob, once again! (Btw, we have used them for years for all our plumbing and AC/heat needs. They are good people.)

I really appreciate how professional and thorough these guys are. We have used them for a ton of work at our church, but my daughter had a water leak at her house yesterday. They came out within the hour and diagnosed a simple loose fitting just inside her property at the water meter. They could have made up all sorts of stuff (many contractors would - and do) and charged her an exorbitant amount, but they only charged one hour labor for all the digging and re-tightening of the fitting - and left the yard looking nice. Great folks!

I've used Modern Plumbing on two different occasions and both times they've come out when scheduled, fixed the problem, were very professional and reasonably priced. I'll keep using them !

I am so happy I found modern plumbing! I had a few plumbing issues and these guys fixed everything right up good as new. They were on time, extremely professional and courteous and answered every question I had. I know I've got a good number to call and share if anything else pops up.

Modern Plumbing installed a new water heater in the garage of our house in early March 2016. The old tank had sprung a major leak and was dripping water all over garage floor (& then into buckets we'd placed beneath the tank). What a mess!

The first heater the young plumbers, Devin & Ontario, installed wouldn't keep a lit pilot light. The honest business owner, Donald, drove out to my house to have a look, confirmed that the first new water heater was defective, and told the guys to do it all over again.

So Devin & Ontario carefully removed their first install and installed another new water heater. They left their work area squeaky-clean and installed the new on/off gas & water valves as I'd specifically requested. They started at 10AM that morning and finished everything by 3:00 PM.

Best of all, they did not add a single charge onto the quote Donald gave us, despite doing twice the labor. I love my new fancy huge water heater!

We had some Plumbing issues upon moving into new place. 2-15-16 Tech Devin did the best he could to help us. Got the line cleared. Did stay outside to service the drain , made every effort to avoid coming inside with his dirty work boots( I really appreciate it) Very well mannered and professional. $117 for 15mins. Not bad. Receipt has 10 days limit on service in print but Devin did write in No ' Warranties on Drain' . Despite used TP, Feces , raw savage following out, flooding the backyards (ours and neighbor yards). He didn't offer or recommend to replace missing drain cap. the prior tenants lost or destroyed with lawn mower . who knows. No biggie. simple human oversight.

We had the same issues again 20th but this time our neighbors had the same issues. Property Owner came out to try to help and get it things under control.

Next morning we found out our neighbors are back up also.

I called Modern Plumbing 3x Monday 2-22 asking for Tech Rocky. he comes highly recommended . also make inquiry on the 10 day warranty .

Thomas was very patient , compassionate , reassuring, proactive, informative.
He made no promises to send Rocky to get things squared away. due to his prior comment to another assignment.

Around 9a Rocky and colleague showed up getting the lines cleared and replaced drain cap explain the tool required to remove it etc. without any one mentioning it to him. Servicing clearing the drain while educating, us in the pouring rain, while we had coverage from the rain.
no hint of frustrations or complaining . Very stoic. .

he would make a good instructor or educator.

Ladies call and ask for Rocky or Thomas . if you're like me and all the plumbing stuff goes over your head. He does not make you feel stupid or dismisses you for being female.

He Never once came inside with his work boots ruining clean floors. He picked up used our TP never kicked it to see if there is crap or debris tangled up inside, he put in trash bag for us and kept on working unfazed , multitasking patiently explaining while doing his work. very professional, informative,proactive and so polite.
He apologized for accidentally knocking over my plants which were in the everybody's way to begin with.

They do not offer warranty Drain clearing!!... Thomas was understandably considerate bc we're just moving in. while this was going on and helped us a great deal without extras charges and also turns out to be a city issues.

I really appreciate it and shout and Thank you Thomas and Rocky!
