A water line burst under my house. The plumbers arrived in about an hour and were able to determine where the break was, pump my basement, replace the broken line, install an outdoor shut off valve and relight my water heater in about 6 hours. It was a messy nasty job. They were also very nice, polite men who listened to my concerns. ?

If I could give 0 stars I would. The plumber snaked my toilet and left Feces on my floors all the way to the front door, on my front door, on the walls in my bathroom and there was a third on the floor in the restroom smashed by his shoes. I was even nice and let him keep a bucket he needed and that's how I get repaid by leaving poop all over my house when I have a 10 month old baby. When I called and complained the lady didn't even care honestly.

And a side note my house didn't flood or anything. There wasn't poop anywhere in my house until he was here working.

If you need a great plumber and one that does things right the first time, Modern Plumbing is where you go. They have handled the plumbing concerns for my folks house in Porterville since they opened shop and we just love them. We had numerous plumbing issues at their house and Modern Plumbing came out right away. Replaced a water heater, Unclogged a toilet line, and most of all in an emergency shut off and repaired a major leak. They do excellent work, top notch, the guys are knowledgable and they will come out to your house in a jiff to get things done. The workmanship is outstanding and the price is right for the job.

My water heater fried, and Modern Plumbing in Porterville came right out and replaced it. Everyone else was unavailable for a week - as if a family can go without hot water for a week! Modern Plumbing charged me hundreds less than everyone else's bid, and took care of me same day. I'm SO grateful! They were professional, polite, and friendly. They will be my plumbers from now on.

I have to say I was very pleased with the service we received from ModernPlumbing and Supply. They came and gave me a quote and took care of the problem promptly. Ryan and Tyler were very professional and explained the issue with me. I was very pleased at the end of the job that I was billed below the estimate and was pleased knowing they treated me fairly.
I would recommend them and will call them again should another problem arise.

When I had multiple gas leaks and the gas company turned off and locked my gas meter until plumbing repairs could be completed, I had to evacuate the property and I left the area early for Thanksgiving. Modern Plumbing was recommended by several friends and they were quick to come to the property to begin repairs while I was away. They quickly found and repaired the leaks.
