Today I met one of the most professional, on time, informative and just nice Plumbing Technicians around. His name is Taylor M. and he fixed my water heater. He not only came in and figured out my situation within minutes, he never said a bad word about the company that had originally did installed the unit. Extremely reliable company. I live in New York. When my elderly father, who lives in Florida by himself, told me that his whole pipe system was clogged, I was afraid he was going to be ripped off by some plumbing company nobody heard of. I reached out to Modern Plumbing Industries because of their great Yelp reviews. They really lived up to their reputation. Miguel and Vinni were very understanding of our situation and patiently helped my father understand what needed to be done. Miguel even faced time with me while he pushed the camera inside the pipe, so I was able to see what was happening in real time. I highly recommend this company. My upstairs bathroom was leaking into my ceiling. I was so nervous that this was going to cost an arm and leg and be some major issue. Taylor came out and went straight to the repair site, found the leak, and got me all fixed up. The pricing was super fair. I will continue to call them for my plumbing needs.
