I tried some YouTube home improvements and ended up doing more damage than good. I was left with no hot water in the house on a Friday night. I contacted Modern Plumbing and was on the phone with Cash in no time. He walked me through some possibilities based on my description of my issue and we set up for him to come out the next morning. Once he got here and assessed my problem, he walked me through the options and got me back on track. We still have some work to do to get a final fix in place, but he helped me figure out the best option to stop my emergency issue and to put together the most cost effective solution. Definitely going to get Cash back to finish up. He did great.

Called for a garbage disposal that was making a weird noise. I asked for a quote for a replacement, but when the technician visited he found a piece of plastic inside. He was very honest, and advised me of this, and said the garbage disposal is relatively new, and I didn't need a new one. Very honest technician and that is rare these days. I really appreciate the service, they communicated effectively about when they would arrive, first from the company office, and then the technician called prior to arriving, and they were on time. Highly recommend. I will be keeping this number for future plumbing needs, outstanding service!

I had my water heater break on me last night and modern plumbing saved the day again. They were out first thing this morning installing a new one. Thomas and Wyatt did a superb job and explained everything that needed to be done for me. The quality of work that these guys do is well worth the price and the employees have all been phenomenal. I will not be using another plumber!

This company was recommended by my son who did electrical work at their office. He said they weren't the cheapest, but their work could be counted on. I don't mind paying a reasonable price for peace of mind. I called about a leaky outside spicket and was told they were about 2 days out for service appointments. I was alright with that since it had been leaky for a while anyway. They came out on time, took about little over an hour and charged $425 or $450. Like I said, not the cheapest, but it was done properly and confidently.

Had to have my polybutylene plumbing replaced as required by insurance companies in order to obtain insurance. If you have to do this, realize it is an inherently disruptive activity - things have to be moved around and it's similar to a home remodel project. We got a lot of plastic sheeting and covered many things (beds, couches, etc.). That helps. However, even though a replumb is a bit of an ordeal for any homeowner, we are very happy with the outcome with Modern Plumbing. The crew was not only professional and very capable, they were very personable and engaging. They did a tough 2 story replumb in 2 days and the county inspector was there the very next morning to sign off on the job. After a few days, the drywall repair tech was available from a previous job to start our house. He had a lot to do but got it all done - including working on Saturday to complete the job. He was very meticulous, and you can't tell that the walls and some parts of the ceilings were removed to accomplish the plumbing. Modern's pricing was very reasonable compared to other bids we received and we're thankful we called them. We went ahead and had them replace the original hot water heater (from the 90's) since they had to disconnect the plumbing during the repipe (insurance companies often ask """"how old is your hot water heater""""..so you might as well get a new one). Modern's employees are all part owners of the business, so they have a vested interest to do a good job - and they do. I was dreading this project, but I'm super satisfied with the outcome and the amount that it cost.

Happy to have found a reliable plumber in the Orlando area. Service technician (Andrew) was great! Respectful to me and my property and very friendly. Arrived early (with a courtesy call ahead of time) and completed the project in a timely manner. Talked to me about pricing from best to worst case scenarios before starting the work. Corrected improper installation (from previous owners) of pipes under kitchen sink and garbage disposal. Also removed some old grease that was starting to back up in the piping. Definitely recommend and will use this company again.

she asked me to tell them what we needed, explained for 5 mins what we needed, just to be told they're not taking on anymore new projects now or in the near future....sounds like it wasn't big enough for them. i can't speak on their quality of work, could be awesome!

We have used Modern Plumbing Industries for years. We have always been more than satisfied with the service. We recently changed out all 3 bathroom vanities and needed all new faucets. I called Modern and service tech Thomas Marshall came to the rescue. He has been here before and we were very pleased with him and his work. Thomas did a great job and went above and beyond to make sure everything was repaired and installed properly. He is also a very nice young man and enjoys his job and he spoke highly of Modern. He is a great representative of the work ethics associated with this company. My husband and family highly recommend MODERN PLUMBING INDUSTRIES.
