So the first job they did with me they suggested we not pull permits as it would have cost more. I had a GREAT experience with their techs and was very pleased. Then I had them come out to quote more work. It was WAY more than I could afford so I told them I was going to do it myself. The next Monday an inspector from the County showed up. It was my fault for not pulling the permits, but I had to stop work, hire an architect and incur addition costs and fines... When I went down to the pull the permit I ran into someone I know and they confirmed that David R. Norcross (from Modern Plumbing) turned me in!!!!! (Low blow and not cool) Be careful with these guys. They do good work but will take advantage of you if they think they have you over a barrel. There are a fair amount of other REALLY good companies out there. I would stay away from these guys NO MATTER what.

Modern Plumbing staff are knowledgable, competent and honest. They told me what repairs could wait, and which to do now. They replaced a toilet and left the place clean. Definitely worth trying.

Tried to shower last night and the handle broke off our shower, leaving the shower water on with no way of turning it off. A couple hours of my husband trying to fix it (and shutting off the water to the whole house), we decided to call an emergency plumber! The guy called us back within 10 mins and offered to come out late at night. We decided to wait until morning, and he was right on time, super friendly, and efficient. 2.5 hours later, I have to say, our shower works way better than it did before (which I didn't even realize it was a problem until he came out). The price was honestly way less than we were expecting too. Thank God for the people who are willing to work emergencies like this during the weekend!

Extremely reliable company. I live in New York. When my elderly father, who lives in Florida by himself, told me that his whole pipe system was clogged, I was afraid he was going to be ripped off by some plumbing company nobody heard of. I reached out to Modern Plumbing Industries because of their great Yelp reviews. They really lived up to their reputation. Miguel and Vinni were very understanding of our situation and patiently helped my father understand what needed to be done. Miguel even faced time with me while he pushed the camera inside the pipe, so I was able to see what was happening in real time. The price was fair, I was able to pay over the phone and I was charged exactly what what I was told when the evaluation was done. Thank you, Miguel and Vinni!

Excellent service with David Nieves-brown. Quick service on my shower head and he also noticed a toilet problem that he helped me out with. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone. Definitely ask for David.

Had to have our house repiped due to a water leak. Called 3 well-reviewed plumbers and got quotes from all of them. All 3 came in at around the same price. We ultimately decided on Modern Plumbing for their great customer service (quick to answer and respond to calls, thorough and professional quote visit, very informative), professionalism, and how they were able to work with us and our calendar to get our house re-piped quickly. They did a great job, did the whole re-pipe thoroughly in just 2 days, and were great working around our kids and dog in the house. And the drywall patcher they contract out did an incredible job patching the necessary holes from the repipe (you can't tell there was ever any holes). I would recommend them again to anyone needing to repipe their home.

This company was recommended by my son who did electrical work at their office. He said they weren't the cheapest, but their work could be counted on. I don't mind paying a reasonable price for peace of mind. I called about a leaky outside spicket and was told they were about 2 days out for service appointments. I was alright with that since it had been leaky for a while anyway. They came out on time, took about little over an hour and charged $425 or $450. Like I said, not the cheapest, but it was done properly and confidently.
