Great work! Our shower was backed up, toilet leaking everywhere, and my other toilet was completely drained. I called Modern Plumbing Company and they sent two technicians out within the same day! Brian and Frank are great communicators, very knowledgeable about the trade, and respectful of my property. High fives all around! Francis was awesome too, very helpful at getting them out to me to ease my mind. Thanks again you guys!

We needed a toilet replaced cause ours was so old. I wish I knew the guys name who came out cause he was so kind, worked so hard and did a fabulous job! He had to do so much cause the toilet was not correct and it wasn't fastened correctly. He had never seen anything like it before but he worked tirelessly to figure it out. He literally had to re pipe under the house and do so much extra work to make it right. He worked hard and overtime to make sure he got it done for us. I highly recommend them!

They came out, smoked some cigarettes, tried for hours to snake a sewer line. They did not fix it, then quoted me 3 times market rate to fix it completely. I said no, then they almost doubled what they quoted for the first work. Criminals.

I was referred and thought this would be a good experience. The good thing is the job you get a price range on the job so it can't go over... bad thing is I don't think these guys are meant for the home drain cleaning services.. they are over priced and I suspected looking at me like one of these car repair places that want to find other ways to get the bill larger for them. I had used several local plumbers to clean the 4"" pipe running to the street for tree roots. I was told $135 to $180 so I was thinking might be $140 or so considering I was referred. It was $180 and was not eradicated of the roots. I looked to rooter tip and was not quite like other services I had and obviously didn't cut it all out. The guy was nice but was not very experienced at this and admitted as much. He also stated there were other tips but he did not have them with him. 4 days later it plugged up again and wanted to recharge me, take a camera in the tube so be at least $250 or more... the next day I called one I had used before Rooter Scooter and they were flat rate $118 and literally the pipe drained in 5 minutes and spent a good 10 minutes properly cleaning out the roots and was only his way before 30 minutes hit just like I told guys at MP. he might be great for new construction but home needs I would avoid.... better guys out there

Horrific!

No show on pre scheduled appointment. When the plumber, Brian, finally arrived the next day he literally spent the entire time on the phone minus 10 minutes inside my house working with no intention of fixing the problem. He did nothing to determine the replacement part - no notation of the brand, photo or removal of the faceplate.

It was a simple cartridge replacement to resolve a leaking bathtub/shower faucet, but he told me he would need to turn off my water and leave it off to remove the part and go purchase it and the cost to do so would be $579.73 (part $79 + taxes $5.73 + diagnosis $45 + labor $450). He refused to take note of the required part to return another day to complete the repair.
I spoke to the owner, Francis Flores, to resolve the exorbitant cost of labor of $450 (shopping time) without any resolution. He just covered for his employee with excuses.

My husband fixed the leak himself with no plumbing experience in less than a hour determing the required part, purchasing it and installing it. I called Delta directly sent them the requested photo of the failed part and within minutes they gave me the part numbers to shop for. And the water was off for 5 minutes not an entire day. I would not recommend this customer gouging company to my worst ememy!

Arrived as scheduled on a SUNDAY and promptly took care of the broken pipe in our attic. We now have water again! Very professional.

Frank and his crew are amazing! I live out of state and was trying to sell my home in Redding. Frank worked remotely with me to fix all of my issues that cropped up during the inspection quickly, professionally and reasonably priced.
