Modern Pipe Solutions-Amazing!!! We went through six companies before choosing MPS. They are knowledgable, experienced, extremely reasonably priced and pleasant to deal with. Even with rain storms, the job was completed on time, because of the extra effort of the team members. Kevon, the lead man was a star! As were his crew members- Steven, Raphael and Zach. From the office to the job site, what could have been a nightmare, instead was a positive experience.

After quite a bit of research, and after speaking with the owner, Jeremy, I hired Modern Pipe Solutions to re-line an area of our septic line which was under our expensive stamped concrete pool deck. This area had root incursion which had previously backed up our septic line. I was looking for a permanent way to keep the roots from growing back without having to tear up our stamped concrete pool deck!

Anthony and Juan came out today, cleaned the line, and installed a VHCL (vertical horizontal connecting liner) at a Y junction in that line which is where the root incursion was located. This saved our beautiful stamped concrete pool deck! The team was on time, clean, and very professional. Very happy with workmanship and 10 year guarantee!

We bought our house in the late 1980's. The plumbing overflowed during Thanksgiving dinner of our first year. We had to have the sewer cleaned out every eleven months because of roots in the old clay pipes. I had a company suggest lining 45 feet for $20,000. So I started looking around for better solutions to my four hundred foot long sewer line. That's when I met Jeremy of MPS. Instead of only doing part of my line, leaving me with an ongoing problem, they epoxy lined the entire line from under my deck all the way down the street, and around the corner to where it meets the city sewer.

The best thing about working with them is their crew. The office lady, Dalia, calls every day to tell you what time they will be there. The crew shows up on time, and they are always polite and respectful to each other as well as the customer. The way they all work together shows great management and a good team effort. And the best part about this job is that I should never, ever, have to deal with overflowing pipes again!

Modern Pipe Solutions (MPS) relined a large section of a cast iron sewer main that was in very poor condition - the before and after videos tell the story, it was night and day. Jeremy was forthcoming, knowledgeable and his prices were fair/industry standard. He fit us in his schedule to accommodate an escrow closing date. I highly recommend MPS.

We discovered a leak from the sewer pipe in our bathroom. I researched remedies and found MPS. This turned out to be a wonderful find. Within two days they were able to reline that broken pipe on the second floor without any interior damage creating a brand new pipe within a broken one. The workman were knowledgeable, neat and professional doing a wonderful job.
I highly recommend them if you have a similar problem. This is also a preventative remedy.

We were having plumbing problems in our 1960's home and determined it was roots in our sewer line. Others I spoke with wanted clean and epoxy the pipe. One company said they would have to tear up all the travertine in a bathroom. Jeremy was up front and provide pricing per foot on both the 4 inch and 2 inch sewer lines. We weren't going to do the 2 inch, but once his crew looked at it we knew both lines needed to cleaned and lined. The Nu Flow liner is amazing in that once the pipe is ready to be line it takes about 5 hours to cure and the line is ready to use for cold water and hot water the next day. Comes with a 10 year warranty. Nacho was the lead person on the job and was excellent in explaining what is going on and what would be next in the process. We didn't have any surprises other that not knowing what how bad our pipes were and we are sure glad they could get lined. Modern worked in a couple areas that there was talk of having to open up a wall, but they were able to do it on an outside wall in one space and go through the vent pipe in another area. There were some changes in scope as you don't know what's in the ground until the lines are cleared. Many Thanks to the guys at Modern Pipe Solutions for doing a great job and keeping it clean during and after they left each night. Job went longer than first thought and they were apologetic, but I wanted it done right and they do it right. This is the way to go for old sewer lines. Recommend them to others in our area.

Modern Pipe Solutions is a great company. I have a house built in the mid-1960's with very old pipes that were failing. Jeremy and his crew were at my house the same day assessing the problem and had me up and running within a week. The employees were great to work with, very informed and helpful. The service was a very reasonable price. I'll be recommending this group to anybody with any kind of pipe issues in the future.

Jeremy and his crew at Modern Pipe Solutions did a wonderful job lining a section of our sewer main that had a break and an Pipe connection offset about about 40-50' away from our house. We had a stoppage Thanksgiving weekend which we had cleared, and the cause of the back-up turned out to be the usual suspect, root invasion. The company that cleared the roots and stoppage did a great job, but they wanted 4-5x the price to line the pipe than Modern Pipe. Jeremy's team identified the exact spots that had to be lined, which was about a 20' section between the clean-out and the city main, and they lined it all in one day for a very fair and reasonable price. Jeremy is very good at communicating about the process, and calling to arrange the appointment or rescheduling, which we did once due to the January rains. The crew arrived on-time, were dressed in uniforms and acted respectfully and professionally. They had a problem with one of their machines, but had a spare on their truck so they didn't lose much time because they were well-prepared. Great price and service and they did what they said they would do. I highly recommend Jeremy and Modern Pipe Solutions for your sewer and drain issues.
