I am so happy I found this company on Yelp. Alexa was super helpful and communicative and sent Omar out to help with our broken sliding glass door handle (which also serves as the lock). Turns out it's a specialty handle so they ordered and installed it the next week. Took care of everything and made the situation as stress-free as possible. I highly recommend!

So my husband and I were renting out a master bedroom and we did not know the door to the master bedroom did not close all the way! We informed the landlord/owner of the house and told me to find someone....so I was yelping to find someone at such short notice because we didn't kno the door didn't close in yesterday Saturday and when I did the rsvp they were only available on Monday but we needed this door fixed today! OH MY GOODDDDD MODERN HOME SERVICES ARE AMAZING! I don't kno who I was texting back and forth but they are freaking AMAZING! I told them our situation and at such short notice they accommodated to our situation they came today to fix the door today and today is our first night at our new place! They value their customers and value the clients time and are super I mean SUPER communicative and that is something very important to me as a client being able to communicate and with patients send photos and videos of the issue of the door!

Honestly we didn't get back to Tracy until 6pm Saturday and they still responded when I sent them the video and photos of the door and immediately knew what the problem was!

I highly I mean HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend (I can't emphasize HIGHLY RECOMMEND enough) modern home services because not only are they super sweet and professional but they are so accommodating and quick to solve your home issues! I will definitely be using them when we get our own first home!!!!!
