Once again Merari and his team did an outstanding job! We bought a 3600sf home which desperately needed interior paint, and it looks amazing! Merari has years of experience, and great advice regarding colors, types of paint, etc.
Merari's team is polite, considerate, and will address any concerns that you have. You can't go wrong with this company, even if it costs a little more, you'll get what you paid for.

I guess Merari did not want my business. First, he showed reluctance to even talk to me when he asked if I was the one who would be making the decision about the work (because I am female?). Then he took down by contact info so he could ""check it out"". Then he insisted I use his online scheduler instead of scheduling with me on the phone. Then he no-showed for our appointment! He called about an hour after the scheduled time with an explanation about ""being busy"". When I told him I did not want to reschedule, he did not seem to care. Guess he doesn't need the work! I was not impressed with his attitude -- the job was a big one, too -- rewiring my whole house!

We needed work done to our house so that we could put it on the market, we had contacted other painters and everyone else could not get the jobs done in time. Modern Home Renovations was very quick to start the process on our house and get the work started. We had several walls painted, base boards, door jams and some tile work done. They were able to finish everything quickly and in time for us to list our home. They were professional and friendly, they did an amazing job and reasonably priced. They also did a good job of cleaning everything and left our house looking great. I would highly recommend them and will be calling to use them for projects in our future home.

Merari and Edgar did great work installing drop lighting above our kitchen island. They moved the electrical and installed new boxes that were centered on a two story house (much harder). The sheet rock patching and texture work was amazing! We had them back the next week to help us mount our tv above the fireplace with hidden wires. Super friendly, professional work!!

Merari is a life saver! He's very prompt, I was able to get a leak in my bathtub fixed right away and was excited to find out he can do much more than plumbing.
