I called Modern Heating and Plumbing because I wasn't entirely happy with the company we had been working with for many years and I am SO glad I did!
I called and spoke with Cassie who was very pleasant, professional and informative about their services after asking me about our needs and what HVAC systems we wanted serviced. Because of the information she provided we chose to sign up for their service plan as it offered the best options for us for our HVAC system maintenance.
Cassie scheduled us with Alex for our service. Alex was very professional, skilled and knowledgable and gave me helpful education about our system that I didn't know. He also discovered we had been using the wrong filter for years, (that left our house very dusty) and replaced our filters with the correct ones.

I called Jeremy from Modern Heating Co this morning because we haven't had hot water in 5 days. My mother had purchased a ""less expensive"" water heater that has been problematic ever since it was installed. And the service that accompanied it was even worse. Jeremy and his colleagues (Casey & Albert) came out the SAME DAY and took care of EVERYTHING. I'm so impressed with Jeremy's work ethic, professionalism and likeable personality. Casey & Albert were polite through the entire process. Its rare to find a service company whom you can completely trust to do the right thing. Thank you for your much needed help!
