Absolutely LOVE Mod Floors. Kirsten (owner) is very knowledgeable in all things tile, flooring, carpet and countertops. I dropped in multiple times to help figure out the monumental task of renovating an entire house. She got me samples to take home so I could see everything in my space. She also has a great design eye so being able to bounce ideas off her and ask for suggestions is helpful. The showroom is well organized and she's more than happy to help if you're overwhelmed by the options. She can also recommend General Contractors and Tilers for your project. I ended up ordering everything from her through my GC and plan to come back in the near future for custom size rugs cut from carpeting. Support your local shops.
