First experience was excellent. Not a simple project - external gas leak with below ground repairs. Project scope was more complex than when first quoted but the additional costs was shared by Mock Plumbing very fairly in my opinion. Their service was personal and professional. There was even a follow-up call out which they addressed almost immediately. I will definitely be calling them for my next plumbing need.

We are doing remodeling of our house & Mock Plumbing came out to do plumbing for three bathrooms.
Their price was very reasonable.
They were responsive even though they had to come out several times.
Their team was very professional & well mannered & they always came as scheduled.
We haven't completed our remodeling yet but so far, their plumbing job was very good & stress free for us. It's very difficult to find a reliable tradesman these days & we will definitely use them again for our future projects.

Honest guy.
I had a wet area in my front yard, and was suspecting some underground leakage, cause I had similar issue before. The guy came and inspect the area and suggested me to wait for a couple of weeks first. To him, it looked like a low ground point rather than leakage. If they dig to inspect, they have to charge, and he would hate to find that there was no underground leakage.

He further spend time to look around the area and check other pipes around, and didn't ask for a penny. I still tip him though for the time and effort.

I tried Mock plumbing in hopes to find a reasonably priced plumbing service. While the work appears to be good and the plumber was on time, I paid $275 for an hour plumbing job that required a $30 part. I am still looking for the affordable plumber....
