We were very happy with Mock Plumbing service. Professional at all times and fix the problem quickly. The team arrived a couple of hours after the appointment but did call to say they were running late due to another service issue. I will use them again.

Honest guy.
I had a wet area in my front yard, and was suspecting some underground leakage, cause I had similar issue before. The guy came and inspect the area and suggested me to wait for a couple of weeks first. To him, it looked like a low ground point rather than leakage. If they dig to inspect, they have to charge, and he would hate to find that there was no underground leakage.

He further spend time to look around the area and check other pipes around, and didn't ask for a penny. I still tip him though for the time and effort.

Called Mock Plumbing for a clogged bathroom sink. They gave me the option for same day appointment, but I went with the following day. Mock Plumbing showed up on time, explained the problem to me and were able to get it fixed. Will definitely use again for any plumbing problems.

I tried Mock plumbing in hopes to find a reasonably priced plumbing service. While the work appears to be good and the plumber was on time, I paid $275 for an hour plumbing job that required a $30 part. I am still looking for the affordable plumber....

First clue - their youtube video bragged about their comment reviews. I didn't pay attention until I went back after horrible service and I saw all their reviews they bragged about were deleted. They blocked all comments and then bragged about their comments.
I called for service and left a message because it was after hours. No one called me back. Two days later, same story. I called a third day and I was put on hold and no one came back. The fourth time I called I finally spoke to someone who absolutely seemed bothered by my call. This guy wasn't rude, but wasn't friendly or accommodating. I immediately realized this company is not who I want to do business with.
I called another local plumbing company and they arrived an hour later. Mock is the right name for this company. STAY AWAY from mock and get the real service somewhere else. SERVICE MATTERS!

So happy with Mock Plumbing, I will use them forever! They're always on time, Chris and Will do great work and they always clean up after the work is completed. I've had toilet replacements and faucet replacements done and I am completely happy with my new fixtures! I am always able to get an appointment within a couple days and the guys work until the job is done, no breaks. The prices Chris quotes are terrific, you won't be paying what A**ow or JM or any of the oversize companies charge. I highly recommend Mock Plumbing, and will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs. Thank you Chris and Will!
