First clue - their youtube video bragged about their comment reviews. I didn't pay attention until I went back after horrible service and I saw all their reviews they bragged about were deleted. They blocked all comments and then bragged about their comments.
I called for service and left a message because it was after hours. No one called me back. Two days later, same story. I called a third day and I was put on hold and no one came back. The fourth time I called I finally spoke to someone who absolutely seemed bothered by my call. This guy wasn't rude, but wasn't friendly or accommodating. I immediately realized this company is not who I want to do business with.
I called another local plumbing company and they arrived an hour later. Mock is the right name for this company. STAY AWAY from mock and get the real service somewhere else. SERVICE MATTERS!

So happy with Mock Plumbing, I will use them forever! They're always on time, Chris and Will do great work and they always clean up after the work is completed. I've had toilet replacements and faucet replacements done and I am completely happy with my new fixtures! I am always able to get an appointment within a couple days and the guys work until the job is done, no breaks. The prices Chris quotes are terrific, you won't be paying what A**ow or JM or any of the oversize companies charge. Called Mock because we had a toilet that kept running and something clogged in another. I called that morning and they scheduled me for that afternoon. I figured it would be days because this was after the flood. I loved the quick service. When they arrived, they introduced themselves and were very polite. They were in and out in a flash and I'm happy to say that everything is working properly.

We've used Mock Plumbing a few times over the last six to eight years. This past Tuesday, July 19, 2016, they rerouted the washing machine drain in the garage and the kitchen drain from under the slab to outside the slab after the existing piping collapsed. Chris and his assistant worked almost non-stop from about 8:30am until they finished around 2pm in the extreme heat and humidity. They had to break through some concrete in a slab adjacent to the house, dug everything with a shovel, drilled through brick, dug down to the main sewer line to tie-in the new piping, and covered everything up. The time and price also included having a masonry guy come out to repair the masonry at the kitchen and the exterior wall where the washing machine drain came out of the house and repaired the concrete that was removed. Though I was not happy about having a drain line visible inside my garage, I understood there was no option when Chris explained the reasoning behind the decision. The price was good as far as I can tell. Chris diagnosed the collapsed pipe and proposed the reroute as a solution on the initial call-out when the washing machine drain stopped flowing. Based on previous experience with Mock and having used a different plumbing company prior to finding Mock and having seen costs for the same work posted in reviews of other plumbing companies, I did not feel a need to research other plumbing companies nor get estimates from them. Mock has done good work for us before and I am pleased with the work they did on this job. I feel I have my plumber in Mock Plumbing. They are the only company I would use for plumbing work and recommend them to whomever is in need of plumbing services.

I contacted Mock Plumbing to install 3 fauset sets in my bathrooms on Monday. I set an appointment for the next day and was happy they arrived early. The two guys did a great job. I think the price was fair and the work quality was excellent.

Several weeks ago I had sewage back into my home. I called Mock Plumbing to check it out. Chris Mock did the inspection, he said my line was plugged and the entire line needed changing. We discussed price and was told between 1800$ and 2200$. The reason for the 400$ gap was he didn't know what he would find when he got to the plugged area. My wife talked to him on the phone later and was told if he had to give a firm price it would be 2200$. Mock and his crew came at 7:30am to do the job. About 2 hours later mock called me outside and informed me that it looked like the job was more difficult than first anticipated. He said the job would be between 2500$ and 2800$. As half my yard was dug up I reluctantly told him to go ahead. Mock's crew finished about 3 hours later with my sewage still plugged. I paid Mock 2500$ more dollars. Mock gave me the number to call the City Parish maintance. They came checked it out and found the main line plugged. Several days later it was changed out and line unplugged. The insurance adjuster checking my damages asked why Mock had changed the entire line. I told him what I was told, he informed me he could not pay me for the entire line as it was not necessary. The adjuster called Mock and was told that the part changed at the site of the plug was worth 1000$. I told the adjuster the information I was given for the cost and he paid me an additional 200$. He also paid me for the original inspection 150$. It cost me 1300$ for the other work Mock did. My suggestion to anyone wanting to use Mock Plumbing get a written estimate before allowing them to work on your problem. Also call "311" before you call any plumber. They may save you some money.

Mock Plumbing was able to install new fixture on my cultured marble tub at a price that was much more affordable than other quotes I received. Other plumbing companies told me that they couldnt do it without removing the tub, but mock plumbing found a way and the new fixtures look and work great! Very thankful to have found them!
