I contacted Mock Plumbing to install 3 fauset sets in my bathrooms on Monday. I set an appointment for the next day and was happy they arrived early. The two guys did a great job. I think the price was fair and the work quality was excellent.

Several weeks ago I had sewage back into my home. I called Mock Plumbing to check it out. Chris Mock did the inspection, he said my line was plugged and the entire line needed changing. We discussed price and was told between 1800$ and 2200$. The reason for the 400$ gap was he didn't know what he would find when he got to the plugged area. My wife talked to him on the phone later and was told if he had to give a firm price it would be 2200$. Mock and his crew came at 7:30am to do the job. About 2 hours later mock called me outside and informed me that it looked like the job was more difficult than first anticipated. He said the job would be between 2500$ and 2800$. As half my yard was dug up I reluctantly told him to go ahead. Mock's crew finished about 3 hours later with my sewage still plugged. I paid Mock 2500$ more dollars. Mock gave me the number to call the City Parish maintance. They came checked it out and found the main line plugged. Several days later it was changed out and line unplugged. The insurance adjuster checking my damages asked why Mock had changed the entire line. I told him what I was told, he informed me he could not pay me for the entire line as it was not necessary. The adjuster called Mock and was told that the part changed at the site of the plug was worth 1000$. I told the adjuster the information I was given for the cost and he paid me an additional 200$. He also paid me for the original inspection 150$. It cost me 1300$ for the other work Mock did. My suggestion to anyone wanting to use Mock Plumbing get a written estimate before allowing them to work on your problem. Also call "311" before you call any plumber. They may save you some money.

Mock Plumbing was able to install new fixture on my cultured marble tub at a price that was much more affordable than other quotes I received. Other plumbing companies told me that they couldnt do it without removing the tub, but mock plumbing found a way and the new fixtures look and work great! Very thankful to have found them!

According to Angie's List, Mock Plumbing is the most highly awarded plumber in Baton Rouge. I don't know why Yelp yanked all their 5 star reviews, but they used to have a bunch of 5 star reviews on Yelp also (of which one of mine disappeared). We used Chris and crew multiple times, and they are simply the best plumbers available in the Baton Rouge area. We wouldn't hire anyone else, and you shouldn't either. They're fast, professional, and affordable, and offer guarantees on their work.

Clint and Raymond provided excellent service. Called them on Veterans day and they came out that afternoon. I needed them to repair a leak in my washer drain and they did a great job. They even moved the location so I could install some lattice near the piping. As if that wasn't enough I mentioned a leak in my bathtub sink and despite the late hour in the day they still came inside and took care of that problem as well. They were courteous professional and I would highly recommend them. I've found my plumber!

Mock came out and did several repairs to my kitchen as well as my two bathrooms. In one of my bathrooms I purchased a few drains off of the internet and one of them was giving me issues. Chris came out on a Friday night and replaced both of them with some better drains and only charged me for one which I thought was fantastic service. He did not leave until things were working properly. I discovered a leak the next day and he was willing to come out that Saturday afternoon but the leak somehow stopped prior to that. I highly recommend Mock for their quality as well as their customer service.
